Creatio is Best suited in the area of workflow automation, Sales and Marketing. Creatio is not suited for any stand alone Life Insurance Policyholder logics- i.e like a Vantage application where you have mortality, interest tables etc.

Creatio's CRM platform is great for order, lead, and account management. The system has given our sales and customer service teams more time to focus on their respective tasks and less time on organization.
Creatio has a wide variety of different reporting tools that work very well. However, they do have limitations. That being said, the R&D team is hard at work every time to further develop these tools.

In my experience, doesn't matter how big or small your company is. You do need a few tech/it people in your company to make it work for the long run. It's great for companies with a lot of different business processes like us and who demand a high flexiblity of a CDP/CRM.

Changing CRMs can be a very daunting proposition. Creatio's Support and Customer Success teams have been nothing short of fantastic as we recently navigated this change. The regular check-ins helped ensure we had the tools we needed to be successful. I do not have any programming background or experience. Creatio's low-code design has allowed me to implement the majority of changes very easily without additional third-party consultants. Some of the resource documents have not been updated to current versions of the software and/or would benefit from 'How to' videos for the novice user/administrator.

Creatio's low-code/no-code capabilities make it possible to gain autonomy and efficiency. Projects that used to take months are now completed in weeks or even days. The marketing tools are impressive, as well as the way Creatio offers a global approach, from initial lead generation to customer support and the entire sales process.

As a low-code platform, Creatio offers great freedom to users. Low-code means great opportunities and acceleration for creating new features and applications, but it doesn't mean that you can create anything in a snap, which can be frustrating.

In the other direction, Creatio is not indicated if you want a "basic" direct mailing solution, allowing only to manage mass mailings. It performs this task very well, but its capabilities are so extensive, it is a pity to restrict itself to that.

This system is very well-tailored to the needs of big businesses. However, everything has been done here so that when a manager needs to change some fields or forms, he does not need to create a request for programmers for this, which, of course, greatly speeds up all the processes. However, for small companies, this system can be very cumbersome at first and requires customization to simplify the interface and functions.

This [Creatio] would be a great solution for teams that are using different CRM, marketing automation, and case management solutions patched together as it brings it all together under a single platform without the need for maintenance. [It] would also be a great fit for teams looking for a solution that empires business users to create workflows and case automation tailored to their business needs quickly without getting IT or technical people involved. This has eliminated a lot of headaches and made life a lot easier and simpler.
