The people at the Creatio offices world wide are very friendly, patience and always happy to help. I have a huge respect for them, especially the people that were based in the Ukraine. Still in these strange times they always keep the focus on the customer, where we would have totaly understanded it if it was any different. Creatio support is generally very responsive and often responds much faster than the expected SLAs. We have very rarely had "blocking" problems when creating new applications or features, and in all cases, Creatio has been able to help us or direct us to a solution. Overall, we are very satisfied with their support.

Support is amazing. Day-to-day queries are answered quickly with the support team; however, we have Olga, our dedicated manager, who is amazing and gets on with everything. She really listens to what we want and what we are trying to achieve and works out the best way to do this.

In general, we have found support to be responsive. They are able to respond to cases in a short amount of time. We have emailed them for our queries and they have responded promptly.
