I used Criteria in my past role as an HR Manager in a healthcare organization and a SaaS company. It served as a great way for me to vet potential candidates with easy-to-use assessments and then move them through the pipeline and the interview process. I used the link to the site in all of my job postings and it made it automatic as a requirement before we would talk to a candidate in person. The support team is top-notch and was always available and quick to answer my questions. If you are looking for an easy-to-use tool to review candidates and track them through the recruiting process, Criteria is perfect for a small to mid-size business.

Best for small to mid-sized companies where you do not have a robust applicant tracking system. It served a dual purpose for my company and made my job easier. If you are large, the applicant tracking system is not beneficial to you while the assessments might be. If it can integrate directly with your system, use it!
