Culture Amp

Culture amp allows us to provide employees peace of mind when submitting their feedback on surveys. This data is also very easy to track, and pull analytics from. It is a system designed to be analyzed and to have the data pulled from, so the trends are extremely straightforward to analyze. <br>The system gives clear information to employees that their data will be protected. The information that we can pull from the system allows us to maintain employee confidentiality while still being able to view the data at every level to analyze the different areas of the business and manager levels.

We use Culture Amp for the whole company. On a daily basis we use the skills courses to stay sharp, on a biweekly basis we do 1-on-1 meetings with our managers, once a month we share feedback with our colleagues and bosses, and once every quarter we do introspections through the app to meditate on our progress and our goals, and integrate that with our bosses to align our efforts and achieve more together. It is part of our culture.

Culture Amp is being used across the whole organization to measure overall staff engagement. We use this survey to get a baseline for our culture, then set culture focus/goals to work towards.

We use Culture Amp for our employee engagement surveys. The tool is owned and managed by our HR department, but surveys are sent across the entire organization. The Culture Amp tool allows us to easily and anonymously survey our entire employee base and make comparisons throughout the year with how engaged our employees are feeling. The tool also permits us to provide direct feedback to managers on how their employees are feeling.

Culture Amp is currently being used by our entire company. This tool is especially important right now because everyone is working from home. Our organization likes to collect information on how we're doing and how we feel about coming back into the office. These surveys are extremely helpful because you can sometimes feel very alone when you're working from home. They help us stay engaged. Culture amp helps our company show that they care about their employees. It solves for retention and engagement.
