One of the key features of this tool is that it is able to highlight where the user's pain points are within your site and give you tips on how to improve them, which makes it a great investment. It will also convert hard-to-understand emotions into easily approachable metrics.

Currently, we use CUX.io for user behavior analysis on our eCommerce website so that we can clearly see how new site features impact customer experience and behavior. It addresses our business need of speeding up time to insight and automating some of the analysis around customer behavior on our website so that we can launch and monitor features in a more metric-driven way.

  • Easy to navigate user interface
  • Strong built-in analysis features that allow the design team to pull and analyze data easily

Cons

  • There are a lot of features; it does take some time to understand what is there in order to make the most use of everything
  • Some additional user tutorials might be useful to introduce new users to all the features
  • Data loading can be a bit smoother and faster
