What is CUX?

CUX is a UX Automation tool that helps users to improve conversion, turn frustrated users into happy customers, and build market advantage thanks to pre-analyzing UX and finding the behavioral patterns. Quantifying UX, benchmarks and custom segmentation is offered to help boost a positive customer experience with an app, and increase sales.

Experience Metrics

With CUX's EM the user can see rage clicks, rage key presses, zooming content or chaotic mouse movements. This enables analyzation –colloquially speaking – of what frustrates and annoys users. Users can get constructive conclusions from monitoring user frustration, more so than from analyzing many positive recordings.

Multi tab recordings help avoid losing sight of users – no matter how many tabs they’ve got open or how much time it takes them to start an action. CUX tracks their every movement, making it easier for to make informed decisions based on actual user habits and behaviours.

Also, personalized alerts based on cux.io's knowledge and long-term research, explains users' experiences and behaviours (with emphasis on frustration and raging points, causing drops in your conversion rates). Users can also analyse heatmaps for single pages, groups of pages, and single page apps (SPA) and filter the results by dates – even using historical data.

Conversion Waterfall

With its retroactive analyses, CUX enables users to create and modify conversion waterfalls using historical data – with no need to wait for new recordings to gather. CUX is also capable of automatically capturing events on a website, enabling users to codelessly track every step of the user journey.

CUX also provides access to heatmaps, recordings and events divided to all them types. Goal-oriented evaluations
enable users to find matching goals for a project category and focus exclusively on collecting the most informative types of data to avoid data spam or gathering and analysis meaningless stats for business goals.

It's a user behavior analysis tool that we use to understand our users. As a UX designer, it helps a lot. One of the key features of this tool is that it is able to highlight where the user's pain points are within your site and give you tips on how to improve them, which makes it a great investment. It will also convert hard-to-understand emotions into easily approachable metrics.
  • To identify the user pain points and solve them for better conversion
  • To help improve our UX game and marketing stratagies
  • Easy to use and shows all analytics data very simplified.
  • Only sometimes, data loading takes longer than usual.
  • Overall nothing to complain about
It's great to have such a tool in your closet as a UX designer or else it's hard to find those pain points. The tool was very helpful in finding weak points at specific sites, collecting data, and presenting it to show the severity of the issue. Additionally, it revealed unnoticed errors and inconsistencies and contributed to quick fixes.

Currently, we use CUX.io for user behavior analysis on our eCommerce website so that we can clearly see how new site features impact customer experience and behavior. It addresses our business need of speeding up time to insight and automating some of the analysis around customer behavior on our website so that we can launch and monitor features in a more metric-driven way.
  • Allows user recordings which enable you to see exactly how features are being used
  • Easy to navigate user interface
  • Strong built-in analysis features that allow the design team to pull and analyze data easily
  • There are a lot of features; it does take some time to understand what is there in order to make the most use of everything
  • Some additional user tutorials might be useful to introduce new users to all the features
  • Data loading can be a bit smoother and faster
CUX.io is appropriate if your organization is looking for a tool that will help the team analyze user behavior metrics in a code-free way without the support of an additional data engineering or data science team. It is not, however, a one size fits all solution, you will still have to have an understanding of the website and features in question and be able to interpret the data in a meaningful way so it is best suited for a team where you know what type of analytics you're looking for and a faster way to arrive at those analytics.
  • Clear user interface, users don't need to have a coding background to navigate
  • Being able to highlight user pain points using their analytics tools
  • Filtering options help to quickly narrow down the dataset to what we care about the most
  • Decreased the time it takes the organization and team to arrive at user behavior conclusions/insights
  • Decreased the time we needed to spend in order to monitor how new features quantitatively impact user behavior
  • Enabled the organization to make more data-driven decisions
CUX.io has a really clean UI that was easy to use and a good fit for what we needed. It combined features that we had from other products and was well-geared towards automating the type of analysis that we were interested in. It also had great customer support that really helped us to get started without any hurdles.
