What is CyberCPR?

CyberCPR is an incident response and case management platform from Logically Secure, operating in both a Software as a Service (Pro-SaaS) and on-site (Enterprise) capacity. The CyberCPR platform enables users to securely respond to, manage and resolve incidents collaboratively and efficiently, to support the risk management, compliance and governance functions of a business or organisation.

Operating from offices in Cheltenham and Cardiff in the UK, the CyberCPR platform was originally designed to be used for incident management, to allow CISOs to mobilise their incident response team effectively and quickly in a secure environment, and to enable them to easily follow their incident procedures, work together on sensitive information safely, and collate files and documentation together into one easily manageable place.

The vendor states however the platform can also be used for 'non-cyber' investigative case management of non-cyber related events, boasting quick file set-up, playbook creation and workflow integration via API features and design flexibility. The platform has been configured to support more generic case files and investigations including; compliance, human resources and finance security case management, corporate security issues, physical security incident management, governance, risk management and compliance business functions.

It's a good solution with bespoke integration options to link it to your other systems. With a clean UI and easy-to-follow menu structure, there is a low bar for new users operating the tool. The security features are good and the cloud options for insta-build are handy if you need to spin something up fast. Overall a well-priced product, that did what it set out to.

[We use CyberCPR] for investigations on IT that are totally compromised. Using the cloud solution, you can be up and running in minutes with the advantage of being able to access the tool from anywhere on the internet. New users are onboarded quickly and can pick it up fast. It scales well from 3 users to 500 and the server load looks low.
  • Secure platform
  • Ease of use
  • Good legacy

  • It's low cost means the ROI is higher
  • The security means when needed, its there and ready to be used.
  • The deployment options mean you can choose one to match budget.
  • IBM Resilient Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) and Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR (formerly Demisto)
It's simpler to use, doesn't cost vast sums (it's about 1/10 of the others looked at).
Users like the cleaner UI and it's not complicated.
