Ooyala is a good video content workflow management system that we use at a department level for our digital marketing campaigns. It makes it easy to manage video content with features for data management, content distribution, and analytics. It can be easily integrated with multiple platforms at the same time and that really solves multiple challenges at once.

Analytics is the key to understand user behavior that will help organizations build on KPIs, and Ooyala's analytics features do that so well and give you an insight into customer behavior.
Ooyala's capability to integrate with Slack makes it easier for the team to be on the same page and work towards the same direction.
Ooyala's integration with other software and platforms makes it really scalable with features like subscription services, an easy to upload videos, etc.

Ooyala's integration with the ad serving platform is not as good in terms of user interface and user experience.
The user interface could be improved (making it more like YouTube and Vimeo).
The feature that provides scheduling could be improved to be seamless for publishing to Instagram.

Ooyala certainly helped improve ROI.
It also provides a strong capability for integration with other marketing automation tools for improved digital marketing ROI.
Reduction in cost of operations can be easily achieved with integrations with multiple software applications.
