The Dashboard Reporting Tool You've Been Looking For
- We've been able to better understand how everything relating to marketing has been doing, allowing us to make better decisions.
- We've been able to also make decisions that impact other departments in a good way from the information we gather from the reports.
- In general, just the time savings have been huge for us. I don't have to spend time putting reports together and we don't have to go through 3 reports to get the same information.
- Saves the marketing team time from having to create manual reports.
- Allows marketing to report to sales and leadership as to the success of the marketing efforts.
- Measures the ROI of each marketing channel.

It's, like, 90% there. But that last missing 10% can hurt.
- Honestly, Databox has been a bit of a pain for us these last few months. There are some things it just can't provide us, and some of our clients don't like it. Sometimes it takes too much effort to create a Databoard than it's worth. And since we're a HubSpot partner agency, we're limited to making smart lists for a lot of what we're looking for.
- On the other hand, high-level reporting is awesome. And they're always updating the tool with new templates/features to stay ahead of the game.
