Dataloader.io

Training people is easy since Dataloader.io's user experience is well made. Nothing difficult at all.
You just have to log in from a browser and let do the magic! Every user has a path to import their sheets easily.

It is an intuitive application to use. Within a few clicks, you can be signed in to your org and ready to perform tasks. Data imports/exports/updates are streamlined so you can quickly start and configure your jobs. These can run in the background while you set up new tasks. Job history and tasks currently running on are on your home screen.

Dataloader definitely skews towards a more technical userbase. Users should be adept at manipulating data in spreadsheets and decipher JSON formatted error messaging. Additionally, there is a good amount of time need to set up the environment to map to the pertinent fields we are trying to adjust. While I would not recommend the typical account manager to use Dataloader, a typical operations manager should have no issue.

There are a few things like speed and the UI that could be improved.

If you have a basic administrative understanding of how Salesforce works (objects, cross-object, fields) then using this tool can be very simple with some basic guides and playing around if you're intuitive enough.

We loved that Dataloader.io does not require the user to install anything. You can also use your existing Salesforce credentials to log in which simplifies that process. The interface is easy to understand and especially easy to adjust to if you have used any other Salesforce products in the past. There is a short learning curve.
