Best for big companies with lots of data
Datamatics RPA TruBot is cost-wise and product-wise much easier to use. I have realized that it gives user experience, too. Support from Datamatics is also good. The regular webinars and trials and demo also help Datamatics to increase the knowledge base and perform better than other industry competitors.

Sophisticated And Powerful Tool for Automating Processes
TruBot has the best Document Character Recognition Processors. The Artificial Intelligence feature can detect minor variations of a scanned signature in any document and verify the authenticity and then run the Workflow. TruBot can also verify Digital Signatures in PDF documents which is not possible in other products that we evaluated.

Best Enterprise Automation Software
More than the product, it is the service that they offer
that stands out. There are also multiple trainings available for making the
best use of the tool in different scenarios. The SMEs that helped us were very
proactive and always willing to answer our questions. One more unique feature
is that although other tools come as standalone products, Datamatics RPA TruBot comes with
built-in OCR for data capture, which reduces our processing time by a huge
amount.

RPA TruBot is a very effective tool. It helps increase the productivity of organizations. With the help of automation, we can manage documentation easily. The robotic process of automation helps us convert raw data into standard format data and perform data validation using complex business rules to generate common output files. I would surely recommend this tool.

Useful system with excellent support
The [Datamatics] RPA TruBot is more simple and easy to understand for a nontechnical person as compared to the Microsoft Azur Systems. Also, [Datamatics] RPA TruBot is more cost-effective and provides better support as compared to the Microsoft Azur Systems. [Datamatics] RPA TruBot provides free training sessions, where else [Azur Systems] provides paid certifications.

[Kofax RPA's] user interface is somewhat extensive and complex. We believe it does not offer correct or direct information for a due understanding to achieve a more coherent and legible performance. It leaves emblems to know what this system is dedicated to, meaning that its visual aspects are dry and not at all flashy, including its illustrations of low graphical quality. Additionally, sometimes its platform can be slow, which is not due to a lack of connection.
