Highly recommend Deloitte Consulting

Deloitte Consulting is much better.
- Thorough due diligence/questions list
- Solid understanding of financial fundamentals at every level of the organization
- Ability to recommend and implement relevant financial products (ERP, etc).
- Due diligence questions list was extensive, but questions were occasionally not applicable.
- Financial compliance knowledge was extensive; however, HR compliance/other compliance was lacking.
- Felt like analysts were asking for too many meetings vs. doing the work and asking questions via email as needed.
Deloitte Consulting had a better pricing package than KPMG for the work that we wanted accomplished.
