Demandbase One is the ABM platform we use and is one of the most important pieces of our ABM tech stack. We use several Demandbase modules: 1) Ad Targeting - we use the Ad Targeting platform to target very specific 1:1 accounts as well as larger 1:few/many accounts based on vertical and persona. Demandbase also offers person-based targeting which has been a game changer when trying to reach specific individuals. 2) Orchestrate - we are able to build many different campaigns outside of DB in order to help us scale. This has been extremely helpful with a small team. 3) Intent Data Platform - we are able to run campaigns off of specific keywords, especially competitive keywords which allows us to target prospects in the "shopping" stage. In addition, our sales team uses the engagement insights in order to see which of their target accounts have been on the website and engaging with our brand.

  • The Demandbase UI is user-friendly, easy to navigate and super intuitive.

Demandbase is the best platform for all companies in my opinion. The platform is very easy to use so it would be well-suited for a company new to ABM but also robust enough for a company well in to their ABM journey. Demandbase offers all of the features and modules needed to run ABM campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

It is a very easy platform to use and the ad targeting module takes you step-by-step in order to build the campaign and launch it.

We use Demandbase in conjunction with our clients to tap into their ABM solutions via self-service. We primarily use the audience identification platform to find the best targets based on site analytics. From there, we activate media through their platform for ad campaigns to reach their business goals.

Before Demandbase, we had to rely on partners to use their ABM solutions and had everything in spreadsheets. Now, we can actively use their platform to manage everything to discover audiences, segment, and activate media. We are also able to work with the client to track their target accounts and ensure they were engaged at all times.

Demandbase was one of the first ABM partners in the space that I am aware of currently. While Terminus is cheaper, it does not have the same audience identity graphs and segmentation capabilities of Demandbase. This was the major differentiating factor in selection.
Their support team is always available and is very helpful. They help with set up/kickoffs along with consultation for us and the client. We have quarterly sessions to review data, progress, and next steps, which is super valuable to us.
Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.
