Demandforce - Demanding Replies

We are currently using Demandforce to reach out to existing and past customers to either remind them of needed service or to solicit referrals and/or reviews. We lean it on it as a form of QA checking. It is directly linked/related to QuickBooks desktop, not the web.
  • Ability to create custom format emails (HTML or plain text).
  • The direct feedback from the customer ,and how to channel those responses, is great.
  • Poor execution for RDC/RDS environments.
  • Setup sync is a resource hog. It bogs down every user on initial sync who needs to use/access QB data.
We use Demandforce to reach out to 'old' customers. If they have not had an invoice generated in X number of days/weeks/months/years, we can create a custom campaign via email/text to reach out to them and attempt to re-engage with those customers to generate new 'existing business' or entirely new leads for our Sales team to run.

We love Demandforce for Appointment Management

We use Demandforce for appointment management and electronic patient communication. It is used throughout our entire organization, from our front desk staff to our marketing staff. We use it to securely send automatic appointment reminders, newsletters and text messages to our patients.

It is extremely appropriate for any appointment based business - specifically spas, dentists, and hair salons.

It's a great service. I highly recommend it. It helps streamline lead generation. If you're thinking about using it give the demo a try. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

Demandforce is used to confirm upcoming appointments; allow patients to request appointments online; allow patients to write reviews about their experience during their appointment, and send email reminders to patients who haven't had an exam in over a year, etc. Demandforce is used by the patient relations team who schedule appointments.
  • Aesthetics has been updated in last few months for organization and is easier to see: colors, grid lines on front page, and font style.
  • Allowing our office to include specific items in reminder appointment emails allows personalization to make confirming appointments easier.
  • Allowing patients to write reviews allows us to know what the office is doing well and what we can improve on.
  • More communication when updates are made to website and what changes have been made and why.
  • More personalization to cater to the needs of a business.
  • Reviews [should] be posted on business website or connect to Yelp account.

We use it as a service for our small business clients. We primarily use the text reminder service and product marketing.
  • Allows for non-human interface input and works with about any company software.
  • Gives you a read on your business immediately
  • Communicates well with your customers
  • I would like to see music with a text reminder
Healthcare or anything with an appointments at retail and retail services. Beauty, Hair and Nail Care is another great example of who should use this service. Also services such as a spa, salon or health club/fitness.

We use Demandforce to confirm appointments and encourage reviews of our Salon and Spa. It helps us to maintain quality of our services and customer service experience and has played a key role in keeping us among the top for positive reviews in our industry and our area. Additionally, it has vastly improved our client appointment retention and organization.

  • Usability (it's a bit clunky)
It's not something we use for online booking. If Demandforce were to improve the software, we might consider moving from Mindbody Online - it sure would be nice to have everything in one platform.
