  • Often, DemandScience pushes for contracts on their timing instead of moving with our timing.

  • The initial pitch and contact from Mason used "show me you know me" well, which we felt was a good sign of company culture and approach to database marketing.
  • Delivery of leads was ahead of schedule.
  • They set expectations, and then delivered what they said they would.
  • The leads matched our criteria as agreed.
  • Regular check ins and catch ups, and patience when thing were taking a bit of time to get sorted here.
Cons
  • For one product, the content syndication of ebooks, we have found the slightly more competitive cost per lead pricing that suits us for a similar product.
  • The proposal deck / PowerPoint could be a little clearer.
  • Understanding / Accessing the intent insights and how to access and use them could be clearer.

Good for top of funnel lead building.

  • They manage the landing page creation for your assets.
  • They help train and understand how to manage the leads.
Cons
  • Better lead flow to CRM.
  • Setting expectations on nurture tracks and what sales need to do with leads.
  • Landing page setup and the utilization of buying signals. A way to differentiate top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel leads.
