We have used Demostack for 2+ years to build custom demos, quickly. In the past, it would take 4 - 6 hours to build a demo in the platform. We can now have these ready to present in less than 5 minutes. Our sales team uses Demostack for prospecting, intro calls, video tours and lots more. We know that deals are far more likely to close if a prospect sees a custom demo. But it was impossible to scale and we had to make hard choices on which prospects would get a custom demo. Now we can use them at any point in the sales cycle. We also love the Tours function which allows customers to have a self-guided experience with ROI info embedded. This helps champions sell when we are not in the room, which is a huge help since our typical buying committee is 5+ people.

  • Team is very responsive and helpful with bug fixes
  • Tech roadmap moves fast and they have been adding features based on our requests regularly
  • Platform was lacking folders for organizing, but they recently launched that feature so has been solved

  • Excited to integrate Demostack in our CRM when time permits
Get Demostack if: Custom demos help you close deals but are hard to build. You struggle with helping champions sell when you are not in the room. Consistent use of demo resources across your sales team and data to measure success/optimize are a priority. Where I think Demostack is less relevant? A very inexpensive SaaS platform where there is no need for customization, a buying committee of only 1 or 2, and a very fast deal cycle (1 week or less).

Demostack has become essential for our GTM strategy. Before Demostack, we had to put 4 - 6 hours into creating a custom demo for prospects. We can now do the same in 5 minutes or less. So generic assets - platform demos, capabilities decks, proposals, digital sales rooms, etc. - are now custom for each prospect. The Demostack team is also fantastic to work with.   • There is nothing I feel is missing from Demostack right now, sometimes it takes a while to load but that could be an issue on our end
On discovery calls when a prospect just wants to get a quick feel of the product, we now can do so and walk them through specific use cases before the demo to make sure when we have an SC on, we can focus on what is important to them. Also, this helps you come across as more knowledgeable and builds trust and and confidence
