Relentless fulfillment has doubled in the past year in terms of sales. We also acquired a lot more customers as well with varying fulfillment needs and requirements. Deposco facilitated bringing on all those customers and catering to every single one of their needs that they would have.

Compared to other WMS systems I've used in the past, Depsoco is a lot more intuitive when it comes to the billing process. It would take me an hour or two sometimes to do a full day's work of billing. I can get that done in about 10 to 15 minutes now.

I really enjoy all the reports that you can run and that you can automate those reports to send out to the end user daily, weekly, however they would like it. We can build our own reports. You can specify what you need in the report sheet and you can schedule them to send to the customer.

When it comes to our shipping process, we do have a lot of hazardous materials that we ship out. The cool thing about Deposco is it will give all of our shippers a a warning on this system or let them know what specialty labels need to get put on those boxes with a lot of fines.

Every customer has different storage needs or different SKU counts or different ways to process a product. Deposco is a great partner to have because we feel like they're able to scale. we wanted to make sure because of the substantial growth we'd had over the years, that we could pick a company that could grow with us, and not have to search again.

Whatstood out for me choosing Deposco would be the inventory management you could separate the bin locations out you know exactly what's in those bin locations and you can do inventory in those exact bin locations. It's really nice knowing like you can go to this place and you know exactly how much is going to be there.

We were all very impressed with the amount of training that we received that's one of the best things about Deposco is the comfort level that you feel before you turn it on.

Our implementation with Deposco was amazing.Our last implementation we did not have as much onsite help like it was Just kind of like hey, figure it out. But with Deposco, we had three people here that walked us through the whole thing and we're here for the whole time. And Our Go Live Day was amazing. We were able to start shipping on the same day, and that has not been the case with the previous implementations we've had.

One week, in particular, stands out after we were on Deposco for about a month, and I looked at the numbers and compared them year over year, the same week we had a 23% increase in volume and use 700 less labor hours just in the shipping department.

I would definitely recommend Deposco because of their customer service and how efficient you can become. It is so much easier to do your day-to-day processes with Deposco whether it's packing, picking, or whatever you're doing, your efficiency will go up tremendously.

At RestorixHealth we're a leader in wound care supplies and we distribute to at-home patients, nursing homes, facilities across the country.

We want to make sure that our package arrives in good condition and that our product is top-of-the-line for the customers.

I would say the three goals that we had with the WMS was to increase our accuracy with our inventory, increase our efficiencies with all the processes in the warehouse and traceability being able to verify the shipments left. They were delivered. Having all that information in one area that we can look at.

Prior to Deposco, we were a very paper-based system. Everything was done off paper pick lists all the time, was very manually tracked, just handwritten out. So everything was tracked more by Excel and just manual data entry.

Our inventory accuracy was about 97% on a yearly basis. We actually just did an inventory this year and our inventory accuracy was 99.5%.

Everything being on one platform is extremely beneficial to my team. Purchasing involves a lot of attention to detail and it's not just my human attention to detail, it's the system. Making sure that data keeps its integrity from beginning to end. And obviously, that's going to be less certain when you've got two, three systems communicating to each other, and they're made by different people from different decades.

Deposco helped us relieve a lot of our challenges, it has helped us establish company KPIs. It has helped us establish to be able to find the product quicker, to address back order issues sooner and to be able to fulfill that patient need a lot faster than before.

Our team having to worry a lot less about data integrity issues and communication problems means that they have a lot more time to spend on more important things than fixing what should be automatic.

I think a major benefit is having one point of contact. One resource to go to for the entirety of our process needs because everything's housed in one system now. We can go to the one point of contact for any of our issues. Concern, problems, and dealing with someone who knows what to do. But they also know us.

But its really having that one centralized, 
whatever our problem is that is where we are going.

MUSIC PLAYING] - Altitude sport is the leader of online retails for everything that is outdoor apparel. We ship in the past year more than one million packages out to our customers. So my role is to make sure that everything gets out the quickest way possible to our customers. 

Our picking methodology is to pick 50 orders at a time in a bin. For that, we use a put wall that is enabled by Deposco. So the put wall sorts every item per order. It's probably saved us about 20% of our whole pick, pack, and shipping activities. 

There were several elements that we based our decision on, selecting Deposco. One of them was the scalability, the fact that it was a SaaS-- software as a service-- type of business. So no server on premise, no maintenance for us was a big plus. 

I've been here at Altitude Sports since the beginning. We had to use papers to finish our orders in the shipping departments. Thanks to Deposco now, we don't have to deal with that kind of problems anymore. 

We want to offer our customers an unequal online experience, and that starts with good fulfillment and fast delivery. Deposco is our main tool for that. The system is helping us fulfill efficiently and accurately all our orders for seven years now. It's great to feel that we have support from our main WMS provider and to be able to grow and support any special functionality that we need to build to support our operations. 

In 2020, we have implemented the same-day delivery and next-day delivery in Montreal and Toronto area. We're pretty much first movers, and Deposco helped us implement a fluid process for fulfillment that helps us take orders out in less than two hours. We've seen like 60% growth back here, but most of the other years, it's been like between 30% and 40% every year. 

So Deposco is a company, is a system in which we can rely on because I really am positive that it really is helping the company year after year to improve even better. And whenever we need something, they're always there to help us and achieve whatever we want to achieve on the system. 

Our partnership has grown so much since day one. Looking back, it's nice to see where we were at at the time, and where we are today and still feel like a great decision and great partnership.
