DERDACK Enterprise Alert® is an alert notification & mobile response software for operations teams in manufacturing, utilities, IT services, transport & logistics. It connects to mission- and business-critical systems to fully automate alerting processes and to enable a fast, reliable and effective response to major technical incidents.

Enterprise Alert provides persistent mobile alert notifications by voice, text, push, email and IM. It tracks the delivery of notifications, acknowledgements and replies and reacts automatically on non-delivery or non-reply by utilizing escalation chains, on-call schedules and presence information.

Enterprise Alert enables convenient scheduling of on-call duties by drag & drop in any browser. Based on scheduling information it can then alert the right engineers at the right time. Backup engineers and stand-ins are also available.

IT service staff or engineers who are alerted often need to communicate with managers, on-call staff of other teams or subject-matter experts. Derdack´s Enterprise Notification Software provides perfect toolset for a real-time, anywhere collaboration experience.

With the mobile app you can comfortably manage alerts, troubleshoot problems and even resolve them by triggering parameter-based IT automation tasks. The mobile app mobilizes incident management and makes you independent from your monitoring or service desk console.

DERDACK Enterprise Alert is extremely well suited, when different teams (subject matter experts) are involved in the technical support process. Quick and easy responses (acknowledgements, exection of scripts/tasks/processes, etc.) are key. Also, DERDACK Enterprise Alert is on one hand easy to deploy, but API offers a variety of customized integrations.

DERDACK Enterprise Alert is used by the IT department here at Frost Bank. DERDACKEnterprise Alert provides public visibility of on-call schedules for many IT teams. Team members can self manage on-call calendars and swap schedules without having to involve us, keeping the on-call page up to date. Integrates with Active Directory for easy import of user-profiles (work phone, mobile phone, email address), and we can keep our alert data on-premise. DERDACK Enterprise Alert integrates with Exchange, Lync, and our Avaya Voice system. Ability to track alerts and see if they were successfully delivered, auto-escalation to the backup person, or team manager if a warning is not acknowledged within a time interval. It gives us the ability to centralize alerts and view alerts from multiple monitoring systems into one view.

  • Ability to back track an alert and review the stages of escalation.
  • None to mention at this time. Our suggestions have been addressed or recommendations to approach an issue that was given with a was valid.
Many, if not all, our IT users that use DERDACK Enterprise Alert enjoy the friendly approach to editing their team's on-call calendar. Administration maintenance is very minimal, and support always provides a solution where needed.

Minimal administration overhead. Stable product. It is built for auto-failover to DR or secondary system if needed.

We use DERDACK Enterprise Alert in conjunction with our monitoring systems to alert us on any issues being experienced in our environment. Our Internal IT department uses the system, although we monitor our client's environments as well. DERDACK Enterprise Alert helps us to respond to issues quickly and not miss our SLAs

We have been using DERDACK Enterprise Alert for many many years. It has been a reliable and stable system, and even when our other systems have not. It is fast and integrates very quickly into our other monitoring and service desk systems taking out the human fail factor.
