I use Dialpad to furnish the staffing process needs of my organization. The business problem of tracking, managing, and following up on the data is very well solved by this software. It helps to reach and connect with people at a location overseas in a very structured and managed way. It keeps improvising and updating features regularly.

Dialpad Sell has been a huge improvement over our previous telephony software. It is easy to use and covers all of the features we were looking for when switching phone providers. The reporting features are robust and the voice intelligence transcriptions and real-time info cards are a huge stand-out for this product. The only downside was learning that there is no custom integration options when implementing the software, so if you don't like the product out of the box, it may not be the right fit for your company. But for our purposes, there were no other services that came close to offering the breadth of features that Dialpad Sell does and I vetted more than 15 similar products. Additionally, the project Manager who helped us launch was incredibly helpful, nice and was there for us every step of the way.

The best app to chat, call and even share pictures. It is secure and has a good privacy policy. we can share pictures and the quality of pictures is amazing as well. it has both web and app activations. Works with your Google account/ Gmail. Not social media but still best to chat on WhatsApp. I find it extremely convenient and simple to use. You can record your calls for future references as well.

We use Dialpad Sell for our Remote Leasing Team who assists the portfolio with leasing needs. Dialpad Sell was a no brainer because of the Voicemail Drop Feature along with the expanded ability to better work in a remote setting. Being able to manually curate call mapping and hold messaging was something that we knew we needed to take our business to the next level. The expanded analytics and voice intelligence features give us new insights that we have never had before, allowing us to help improve our team member trainings and make better business decisions moving forward. We have also experienced an uptick in incoming text messages and Dialpad give us that flexibility to keep up with our customers' preferred communication methods. We were looking for a company that will help us streamline our phone systems and provide faster customer service, by giving our guests and prospects the information they need in real time. Dialpad definitely does the trick.

Dialpad making customer outreach much easier
I love having Dialpad Sell on my computer and being able to instantly connect with customers through calls or texts. No need to worry about charging my phone or giving out my personal phone number to customers. I am able to connect with them how they would like, usually through texts, all while at my computer. I can change my call-back number to our general support team when needed and use my direct line to reach out personally.

We use Dialpad Sell every single day for communicating with prospects in our pipelines as well as current client partners. The system is easy to use, has a great interface, and is great for tracking our communication efforts and team metrics.

Great service for changing business needs
We use Dialpad Sell for VOIP calling which allows users to answer the desk phone or use a mobile phone if not present in the office. It helps to allow for remote working when needed and to have texting capability with clients. It's also helpful for text-based marketing to remind clients of events or specials coming up.

Gain Productivity for your Sales Teams
We use Dialpad Sell all day every day. It transcribes all of our calls in real-time. The real-time assist cards help both myself and our sales reps with ensuring we listen more and talk less, which is critical in sales. God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason. Use them accordingly. We integrate with Salesfore.com to call logging, automatic call recording logging, screen pops and more. We don't need physical phones any more for anything more than paperweights. Mobile application and soft phone applications are all we need.

The Perfect Communication Tool
Dialpad is one of the best Internet calling tools I have been using so far. We mostly make calls/texts using Dialpad to Healthcare workers and provide them positions in their desired specialties and locations. It has been a great experience
- The auto call record features works great
- The Auto transcript using the VI is a cool feature
- The built in caller ID and previous call history all in a glance.
- Setting status for availability or next availability.
- A number of integration to other internet services. BTM is one of them.
- Always updating and adding new features
- The transcript of Voice intelligence AI works good but can be improved
- When a recording is being played it doesn't sync well with the transcripts. Not a big issue but can be improved
- Sometimes I encountered Voice delay even when with good internet connection
- Rest everything seems fine. Dialpad has everything we need.

Dialpad: The Complete Calling App
I use Dial Pad for recruitment calls. It is easily one of the best calling applications as it has all the features one can use. It transcribes and keeps complete data of calls so as to access it later. It usually assists in going back to conversations or transferring calls and listening to live calls

Dialpad saved us from Vonage Business
Dialpad Sell is our primary Voip system for engaging our customers and clients. We transitioned to this system from an antiquated solution. Dialpad Sell is continuing to enable us to reach all of customers in the manner they want to engage us whether it is text, web meeting, or a phone call. With the previous system we couldn't handle high-traffic, nor did we have the visibility to our metrics the way Dialpad gives us.

Connecting with prospects in one click
Since I'm an employee outside of the base country of my company. It has helped me reach clients from different states with no hassle. I can also keep track of my daily progress; review my calls easily; and the most helpful part is that it transcribes your call real time. This helps me a lot because sometimes the line might not be clear but with the help of the transcribing feature I can still get the information.

Amazing Call experience with Dialpad [Sell]
Dialpad [Sell] has been very effective with various features like calling, setting up coaching teams, and several other features it has. It has great AI technology for transcribing voicemails. I have not experienced any lag issues so far and the call quality is really good. It lets you switch calls between the system and cell phone which is a great advantage. It has an analytics section that gives you great reports for managing your call productivity. Dialpad has been a great tool and its continuous efforts to come up with various solutions to meet work-from-home challenges have been great.
