I give Diligent this high rating because I always get prompt replies with accurate information 24/7 support. If the person I reach out to does not know the answer they will connect me with the support person who does or they will call me back with the answer to my issue

The customer service/support is excellent - love talking to the Irish support folks. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful - One representative arranged for a one-on-one video call with a new director to hold his hand while getting set up on Diligent. That took the pressure off me to know the answers to all of the questions my director might have had.

I have found the team is not as responsive as we needed. In my opinion, customer support is limited to what they can do and needs to send message to assigned team and Inconsistent messaging when providing assistance.

I would give a 15 out of 10 if I could. My contact (Patrick Sohier) is amazing as is the rest of the Diligent Customer support team. If I have any question, any issue, it is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Never have I ever contacted Diligent with a question that I didn't immediately have a response and an answer.

As previously stated, I applaud how effective the customer service team was during the onboarding process. They communicated effectively and offered around-the-clock assistance. The training sessions are also useful and allow you to learn at your own pace. They are also willing to set up time to discuss any concerns.

In the past and especially when I just started using Diligent Boardbooks i had a lot of questions and I always able to get help pretty much immediately when i needed, from access issues to loading issues and more general help when requested. My fellow admins are always complimentary of the support they get.
