- When executives have funding decisions to make, they may quickly access the information Dashboards customized to fit their needs.
- Reduced training costs as employees learn to visualize in Domo rather than learning five different tools.
- Less lost information as we don't have personal data spreadsheets lost on laptops.

- It has helped improve our productivity by consolidating all information in one place and providing easy-to-use search features.
- Being able to visualise our data has helped us understand our business better and most importantly device plans to improve customer service.
- Since we have all the data of the business synced with Domo we are slowly moving towards a more data-driven business, looking to shift to predictive analytics to anticipate how the seasons and peaks affect website traffic and application flux.
- We are able to visualise better where issues can be found and how to fix them.
- We are able to understand the structure of our data better and find more optimal ways of presenting that on our website, thus enhancing customer experience and increasing web traffic and engagement.
