Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Pros
- Track donations.
- Send personalized, automated receipts and emails.
- Branded eNewsletters with photos, graphics, or videos.
- The customer service and ongoing training is amazing!
Cons
- I wish events could have a more complex ticketing system, like allowing purchases of more than one at a time or adding a donation. An inventory of how many spots are left would be great, too.
- The payment processor, Stripe, doesn't produce as helpful reports as we would like. We often have to go back to Donor Dock to see what something was.
- Zapier is not a great partner with them.
