Ease of use. I do not have the time or the inclination to wait for 5 minutes while software and models unpack.

I want a quick and clean solution I can work with easily. DraftSight allows for that.

For clients who use AutoDesk products, this isn't an issue as exports are compatible and purchasing and use of land maps etc. functions well for assessment work.
