Since we mostly use Dropbos's File Explorer interface, it works seamlessly most of the time.
When working online, the preview sometimes displays low quality.
We integrate Dropbox with any service we work with that uses storage and did not encounter any problems

Overall the product handles everything we need from a business perspective, and has allowed us to stop having people working remotely access and sign in to the office server. It allows everyone working remotely to work 'live' in sharing files. File management copies the appearance of your own machine, which makes working on dropbox almost seamless.

For the most part, Dropbox does load quickly and there haven't been many problems with it freezing or crashing from downloading a large file or document. I just think that the most beneficial addition to the Dropbox application would be editable documents where you do not have to keep resaving over versions.

The Dropbox site and tools load in a reasonable amount of time. I don't feel like their site and app performance is any better or worse than any other paid product that I've seen offered by any other large company. Compared to a competing product like Google Drive, the performance is probably about the same.

I gave a 9 because the platform is stable; the platform is secure; the platform is adopted by many users worldwide, but I gave the one point off because of the minor lack of intuitiveness on the backend between user shared folders and team folders. It's like the shortcoming of linking a personal account to a business account - it's just not done right... yet. DropBox is constantly working on the platform, so I suspect this will be addressed in a future updates.

Dropbox generally performs quite well. Syncing b/w computer and cloud is generally quick, even for large files - and Dropbox does a good job at managing bandwidth to not use all available bandwidth. In addition, Dropbox includes a LAN based syncing mechanism, so two computers on the same network can sync files via LAN vs. over the internet. Dropbox's webpages always to seem to load quickly and display files, even in a folder with large amount of files, quickly. Dropbox's web-based search though is often times slow and inaccurate.

Everything I have ever needed to do on Dropbox, within reason, has been simple. Adding or removing users, adding or removing files, etc. has all been very straightforward. Files upload quickly, the web portal is easy to navigate and the mobile app is convenient. The reports I've downloaded on usage have been fairly easy to read as well.

It is reliable, easy, and simple to use. It does everything that it promises and does it well. Sharing files is made simple and straightforward. It has a professional presentation and your clients will love how easy it is to use. If you're looking for a way to share a lot of files, you need not look further.
