We have a full team of field representatives and installers that sell and install marine construction jobs in the field and at trade shows. The pictures and documents they upload from the field are then received and worked by our office staff, which is spread out between 4 different locations in 2 states.

It is our developer, but most of all, we use Dropbox when we have to share files with our customers through our online system which is integrated with Dropbox, which we then have to update daily because, in my opinion, Dropbox's API is a bit tedious to work with and in no way user-friendly.

Everyone in our office has access to Dropbox but our Appraisers and Data Entry Clerks are who primarily use it. The Appraisers use it to have access to property cards while in the field. They also are able to make changes to the property cards and save back to Dropbox. The Data Entry Clerks take the updated property cards from drop and key the information into our main database.

We send Board and Committee members report documents via Dropbox. It is an easy and fast solution to upload and share files to members, coworkers and clients. It makes communication with clients very easy and moves the project along quicker which in return saves money on their hourly rates.
