Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

It's extremely easy to use, though I find the change to the home screen annoying. Most of the time, when onboarding a new user, I don't need to walk them through the setup because the software is fairly straightforward. When installed locally, saving files to Dropbox is as simple as saving them anywhere locally.

[Its] functionality and usability are very good, however[,] on every computer that I have ever installed the app on, Dropbox assumes I want it to update the files every time I start the system up. That's not always true, but the app assumes it is. I can switch that function off, but I would rather that function default to "Off" and then I can decide to turn it on as needed.

Overall, Dropbox is stellar to use. It's clear that any files that exist in that folder are synced to your other Dropbox instances. It makes sharing with other users very easy and intuitive. The only reason that I didn't give it a full 10 is that sometimes things don't sync, and it's usually your own fault (because they're open somewhere), and Dropbox could do a better job communicating that to you.

Free and Easy to Use

It’s extremely easy to use on any device. I can set access to whole folders or only certain files. I can print, share, and save with very few clicks. I’m able to save high-resolution photos without taking up a ton of space on my phone and can send a link to those files that are too large to email or text.

In general, Dropbox is very easy to install and use. You do not require any previous knowledge, since it is almost like having another hard drive on your PC (in the desktop version obviously), so you can create a new file with just a few clicks, and add a new file by simply dragging it to the folder.

The interface is extremely easy to navigate due to the clean layout and simplified design. The drag and drop dashboard is used throughout other applications so users will have an easy time using Dropbox for the first time. Uploading files or folders is a breeze with the touch of a button. The search functionality works properly and makes finding a specific file rather simple.

Dropbox Agency Review

I think that the highest contribution Dropbox has to offer is that it is a well-known name within the industry, and has been used for years throughout universities and amongst professionals. It is similar to Slack in that it's a well-known name in the workplace, and many people would know what you are talking about when you say dropbox.

Dropbox is dead simple to us since right out of the box, it creates a folder on your PC and anything added to it gets synced to the cloud and any other device signed into that account. You can then dive deeper into permissions, version history, etc. Overall though, the minimalist approach is welcome since not everyone we work with is highly technical and that itself saves us time and money. Many of our colleagues already use Dropbox for their personal cloud so no training is required when using it at work other than going over our own company guidelines and best practices.

I generally find Dropbox pretty intuitive, but as I mentioned previously, I've had a great deal of trouble understanding when I can and can't share files. I often want to share a single file within a shared folder, and it won't allow me to do it. I prefer the Google Drive method where even if the user doesn't have access to the folder in which the file resides, they can still access the file if I send them the link.

Dropbox is extremely easy to use. The only thing that can be somewhat confusing is sharing a link versus sharing the file through dropbox which requires users to sign in with a Dropbox account. Once you realize how to do this effectively, it becomes a smooth process for collaboration. Really, don't have any problems.

Dropbox requires little to no training. This is a product that can be downloaded on a device and handed to someone who has never used it before. Within minutes, the user would have figured out how to use the majority of functions Dropbox offers.

The dropbox is an awesome software to use. The User interface is simple and easy to use.
Adding a file or a folder is easy. Sharing files and folders is as simple as 2 - 3 clicks.
Paper concept introduced recently is a Joy to work. Showcase concept is also a nice initiative.
