we have 2 people with Admin Profile and other 2 with Operational rights. Managing Druva Data Resiliency Cloud Endpoint Backup solution involves cross checking all endpoints are backup recently, and if any delay need to ask the guys with operational rights to check why endpoint backup is not running successfully. Managing and transferring data as per the organizational requirement.

We have 5 people who are capable of supporting Druva. But really only 1 person does the day to day on-going support. Even the day to day operations of making sure backups are running is a 10 min daily task. The only extra time we spend in the console is to either protect a new VMware host, or restore a backup.

There are three administrators that have the ability to administer and work with Druva. This has been sufficient for the number of users we have on the platform. It also speaks to the easy of management and deployment. We do not need to access and manage the system every day with it being a cloud based product.

I am the only admin for Druva in our organization and I find the admin console easy to use and understand. In fact, the fact that one person can manage it all was one of the main selling points for Druva.

Druva Sales wrote cheques that we could cash.
Druva doesn't really need any internal support people beyond the initial configuration. One technician can handle backing up hundreds of servers, and if there is an issue where support is needed, their helpdesk responds quickly.
