The Druva Cloud Platform (formerly Druva inSync & Druva Phoenix) provides unified data protection, management, and information governance across endpoints and cloud applications. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud has the highest overall SLA so far and the product has capability to handle n number of vendor agnostic accounts and solutions so far our footprint is high and it seamlessly handled all the workloads securing them and the integration is so far easier compared to other industry tools.

Druva uses a credit system to determine storage capacity. While it can be a little intimidating during onboarding, the sales staff is very knowledgeable and take their time setting up your "data bucket" for go-live. Once the product is online, it makes adjusting data needs very simple. Their de-duplication algorithm is incredibly good, which lowers our bottom line as far as outlay goes.

We used ti for M365 and EP. It does everything we need it to do and more. The support from the CSM team has been exemplary ,. They have always made sure to respond or get on a call help us wtih any concerns. The health checks and QBR reviews are very helpful to show the value to the top management.

The scalability of the product is very easy. It is based on a credit system. The amount of data backed up and duplicated is done mathematically and makes scaling super easy. If you need more credits it is just a quick call with your rep. It makes it so easy to do this! Cannot express how the scalability is incredibly easy! I would recommend this product if you are not sure on the amount of space you will need. It will make your life very easy.

Ease of use and excellent, customer support with a reduction in overall effort for the team doing the work and an increase in the reliability of regularly scheduled backups and restorations on demand. Data immutability provides an extra comfort when restores are needed due to various reasons from accidental deletions, server crashes or ransomware attacks.

For us this has been very scalable and grow with our company but what prevents it from being perfect is the integration into Azure and limited ability to backup those resources. We are really wanting to see a Disaster Recovery option for Azure instances like VM's, Azure SQL databases and also app resources as well. There is a limitation on Storage account backups that only File Shares can be backed up but not containers. If those resources became available to perform backups and a DR Azure system in place it would be a perfect 10 for us.

They do everything that they advertise. Their market reputation and experience for us has been top notch. In some cases while they are more expensive than their competitor they also provide a better support for issues and CSMs to assist on a daily basis.The product is scalable and when we went above our storage they accommodate that until we purchase more.

The product is quite scalable in my experience; we add and remove data and users/licenses from both our endpoints and M365 environment often and never face much trouble. The AWS cloud also handles restores and backups at super fast speeds. So we're confident in Druva Data Resiliency Cloud ability to make sure we can scale up and down per our requirements without hassle.

As the product is cloud based within AWS, scaleability is unlimited. The on-premise units of scale are predictable and allow administrators to scale up / down as needed. In my experience, the flexibility around these appliances, allow organisations to vertically or horizontally scale the environment with confidence and ease. Conversely, it is possible to set thresholds to ensure that organisations do not over commit and manage budgets effectively.

We started very small with this product, only backing up key officers' laptops. After our initial experience, we found it very easy to scale up the product to all company laptops and expand into file servers, VMWare servers, and other production-level data, like Office 365 and Teams. We found the product very easy to scale while remaining intuitive and efficient to use.
