  • 1st class support team - The team at Dubb truly go out of their way to support the subscribers. I have found them to be extremely proactive and attentive at addressing questions and issues that pop up.
  • Customization features - Once you have a vision of how you want your business to look, the custom features on Dubb - Video Communication Platform are excellent. For example, you can build email and SMS campaigns and the templates give you a great starting point. Dubb - Video Communication Platform will only continue to build on this, so I am excited to see what that looks like.
  • Ease of Use - Once you understand the platform, it is extremely easy to navigate your way through the process from start to completion. From utilizing IRA, the built-in AI, to come up with ideas for content creation, to recording the video, to editing the video, to adding contacts, to compiling your email... it is all very easy and the finished product looks really high end.
  • Multiple ways to record - The variety of ways you can record on your devices is excellent. Dubb - Video Communication Platform has really excelled at integrating its platform with an extensive list of 3rd party platforms (LinkedIn, Google Chrome, Outlook, etc.) as well as through its desktop app. Having the ability to record video direct in so many apps will be so useful and specific to your own workflow.
  • Analytics - Having the ability to track the analytics of the recipient is a game changer. You have the ability to see key metrics that will help guide your business decisions... you will be able to see what types of videos are more popular than others and spot trends on what is working and what is not. Amazing feature!
Cons
  • Video Editing - The editing feature is not as robust as other platforms, but for simple editing, Dubb - Video Communication Platform works well.
  • Filter Options - I think the filter feature could be expanded slightly to be more intuitive and give more options. The drop downs, for example, in the contacts page for tags and filter can be limited in scope and I think this is an area that if Dubb - Video Communication Platform expanded, you can improve the experience slightly.
  • Dashboard - For a new user the dashboard is quite busy. It would be nice if you had an option to customize that dashboard.
