[I feel] eApps was way overpriced for what I needed. They charged me nearly $1,000 a year. I transferred my site to another host and pay less than $100 a year. When I cancelled I thought I had done so properly. Apparently I did not. Still, they charged me for five months of use when I wasn't using it as a host anymore. When I asked for a break in the $400 bill, they refused to reduce it and charged my credit card against my protest. [ think this is] bad customer relations. Would never recommend.
  • They are responsive when site crashes.
  • They did nothing to try and save me money. [I feel] the price was ridiculously high for what I needed.
It may be good for a big site with a lot of traffic, but there are so many better sites if you don't have huge traffic.
  • They are adequate
  • It's far too expensive for our needs.
I thought eApps would be good, but [I think it was] too expensive.
