  • It has improved our social media team's workflow, allowing more time to focus on content creation and strategy. The RSS feed input and easy-to-use interface mean we can manage multiple social platforms effectively and efficiently.
  • By recommending articles with high virality scores that align with our reshare settings, it saves the team time and helps us optimise our content based on trending topics. The ability to easily reshare evergreen content has helped drive increased traffic to our websites, and the duplicate post function has been a really useful way of boosting our content output and social performance.
  • The Echobox Social team are always really quick to respond to any issues we are experiencing and these are usually resolved just as quickly.

  • We would like the ability to add ALT text for image posts on X and schedule threads on X.
  • We have also suggested some improvements to the analytics, such as the ability to export each channel individually, and the ability to export analytics by post classification.
