On the rare occasion I've had a problem, the Support team has replied to me within the hour, if not sooner. Not only is the response extremely fast, but it's also helpful. The team is also available to have a video chat if you need some face to face help with any issues.

Echobox's support staff have always been quick to respond to requests and tickets, and their support staff also provided us with several weeks of one-on-one coaching to help improve the automation and overall experience. This was always provided in a warm and friendly manner.

The platform has a "help" button always on display and clicking it prompts the new message tab without the need to navigate through complicated menus and sub-menus of FAQ. The support replies in just a couple of hours (except on weekends), in English and Portuguese, allowing non-English speakers to send their messages.

When there have been problems, they’ve usually been resolved very quickly. Some issues have occurred such as not being able to download images or posts not going out when the service has crashed, but they’re also very open to feedback. The option to download pictures loaded into the feed stories was my suggestion; saving us time creating new images and getting the posts out quickly.
