Commuter Benefits is a suite of products from Edenred, used to help solve today’s commuting challenges for employees. With traditional options like public transit, Lyft shared rides, and parking, their solutions include mobility solutions like bike share, e-scooter rental and single occupancy Lyft rides integrated into one commuter mobility account. The service also identifies pre-tax eligible expenses, so the user's company and its employees receive tax incentives and remain compliant with IRS regulations.

Commuting Solutions

• Public Transit - Public Transit includes bus, train, subway and ferry services. They offer many options to pay for public transit such as a prepaid card, smart cards and transit passes.
• Lyft Shared Rides - With a prepaid card, users can pay for rides with Lyft shared rides by opening the Lyft app and selecting Commuter Benefits as the payment method.
• Bike Sharing - With bike sharing users can rent a bike from one location and return it to another, and pay for it with a prepaid card.
• Scooter Rental - Scooter rentals are a way to get to work for the urban commuter. The user can pay for scooter rentals with a prepaid card.
• Spot Hero - Use the prepaid card to pay for parking with SpotHero. With SpotHero, users can book affordable parking at more than 5,000 garages, lots and valets.
• Parking - A variety of options to pay for parking including the prepaid card, cash reimbursement and direct pay, where the service can pay parking providers on the user's behalf.
• Vanpool - Vanpools are similar to carpools and carry between 5 to 15 people who commute to and from work together in a van or SUV.
• Corporate Shuttle Service - A smart shuttle solution that combines technology, efficiency, savings and sustainability in a single service.
• Moped Rental - Get to and from work while having a little fun with electric moped ridesharing. A commuting alternative without the hassle of gas or keys.

• Prepaid Cards - A prepaid card that can be used to pay for public transit, parking, Uber/Lyft, bike share and scooter rental, and is fully integrated into the user's commuter benefits account.
• Smart Cards - Several transit agency-specific Smart Cards across the nation.
• Transit Passes - Products for hundreds of transit agencies nationwide. Select transit pass through an online account, and receive a product by mail each month.
• Vouchers - Vouchers are redeemable for transit, parking, vanpool purchases, or towards biking expenses associated with the user's commute to work.
• Mobile Payments - Edenred’s mobility account integrates with the New Jersey Transit app, so employees can pay for transit right from their mobile device.
