At the beginning of my use of the Zoom Quality Management Suite in the period of the spread of the Coronavirus, it made a lot of work easy for me, through which I could make calls and video calls with very good quality. I used to communicate with clients through it while working from home.

  • Lag on video calls
  • Sometimes it stops working and needs to restart
  • Interface needs some improvement
A very good program for small and medium-sized companies. It facilitates communication with customers remotely through calls and video calls at an affordable price and excellent customer service, but the interface of the program did not like me much. I think it needs to be developed to become an excellent program and can be used outside work as well.

If you need a good and easy way to contact with customer remotely i think ZOOM QM suite is the best choice, i really love it i can handling a lot of calls even i working from home through the pandemic, it helps us to manage and optimize our call center. It provides us with useful analytics that assist improving our call center experience.

One of the best programs on the scene that saves time and facilitates the work of the call center, because in the period of the pandemic, it has enabled us to work from home and continue working non-stop, with very good call quality and easy to record and track. ZOOM Quality Management Suite is an excellent, easy and stable software that offers the most powerful and easy functionalities to set and get started easily. The data center management capability with the system is effective and its ability to manage multiple communication and the best reporting tools. The data analytics to generate via the solution accurate and its engaging tools are also powerful and interface setting on the first time was quite excellent.

The usefulness of this tool is one of the reasons to use it, we can work remotely without any inconvenience and this has generated a positive change in work from home due to the pandemic. ZOOM Quality Management Suite proves to be an ideal tool for efficient call management and overall direct user performance. It has features like call recording that allow the HR department to consolidate customer service and call support. With this tool, we are holding remote meetings without technical problems.
  • Stable recording of calls.
  • Remote work with no complex setup.
  • I would like to be able to have a real-time translation tool available for clients who do not speak the same language. This would greatly help direct interaction with the client.
If you are looking for a tool to work remotely and interact with all your clients and employees at your location, I think it would be very useful to use ZOOM Quality Management Suite. Thanks to the fact that it is a very simple tool to use and does not require complex configuration. The feature to request a meeting is executed with a single click, which allows connecting remotely. It allows us to record the calls and to show the information that we want because the camera is of quality and we have not really suffered a period of inactivity in the meetings. Everything is fluid and stable as long as you have a good internet connection.

ZOOM Quality Management Suite is well suited for companies that have enforced call center optimization software previously. Coming from other software, Zoom makes the transition very smooth between users. During Covid, it's been a great tool to handle customer service in an exact manner as being in a traditional call center.

The perfect solution to use ZOOM Quality Management Suite for is a call centre or customer service environment. The handling of calls is easy even when the user is working from home. Easy to audit from an administrative perspective to track users' performance. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the performance of the software, sometimes calls drop without reason.

We use Zoom Management Suite to manage and optimize our call center. It provides us with helpful analytics that assists us in improving our caller experience. It has helped us organize our data on a daily basis so that we're not playing catch up throughout the year.

Zoom management suite is well suited for companies that have enforced call center optimization software previously. Coming from other software, Zoom makes the transition very smooth. But, if a call center software has never been used in a workplace, I feel like this isn't the place to start. There is a pretty steep learning curve.

I provided support services and testing for a large electric utility that was looking at the software. The business problem that the company was specifically interested in was its ability to record the interactions and to record customer satisfaction. This was very important to my client. They had some internal setup to do a little of it but there was no regular system for it and that left the company open to possible litigation. They had very little quality control over their agent's behavior and the only way they might get feedback was if a customer contacted them directly later.
  • Recording Agent interactions. It is simple and easy to adopt and retrieving them is also convenient.
  • The follow up with the customer experience is smooth and flawless.
  • The ease of initial installation and the operations of it including adding and removing agents.
  • I would like to see a more complete graphing option over the web.
  • I would like to be able to work with agents across the globe. We were able to do it but it was difficult - mostly due to specific configurations in the main office, however.
  • Online translation services, so that the agent could communicate across various languages.
One scenario where it is best suited is when a company is setting up a new team of agents. The process is very easy to follow. The software is intuitive in operation, easy to explain, and lends itself to ease of use in a short amount of time for the agents. It is not suitable for a location that deals with a variety of languages - if the people reviewing the interactions do not speak or understand the recorded sessions.

I use it for project meetings where there are more than 1000 users at once where we would want to have break-up groups or having screen shares where many couldn't come in person for these meetings. Zoom Quality Management Suite has been used for sharing programs online, like engineering software that could only be shown as either a PDF to others or screen shared.
  • Screen share software from other programs for others.
  • Volume control where I can share videos without the consequences of breaking audio or bad buffering.
  • A great camera where I can show myself and others without any evidence of bad camera or statics.
  • Maybe have more room for over 1000 people, especially for larger groups that are international and have more others that aren't just from this country.
Well suited for projects or having large groups of people who can't be in-person while having a chance to show off a physical project. May not be the best place to do it during Zoom since the camera isn't always the clearest to show up the small details while doing it in person would make more sense.

ZOOM Quality Management Suite is great for a quick meeting.
At the moment there is no reason to use the ZOOM support.
