Pros

Keeping us updated on when the system is down or is going through an update.
They resolve issues and inquiries very fast
The system is very easy to maneuver through and is user friendly

Cons

Besides tasks, it would be nice to have a function where you could have reminders set - ex. "Call back patient on Friday 8/6"
When I go to support, I end up getting a phone number for sales instead of a support line.

Intuitive workflows and user experience design, easing training of new staff and providers.
Allows providers to quickly access prior diagnoses, plans, and impressions. They may even pull these forward for follow-up care documentation.

Cons

The patient portal is not fully usable on mobile devices.
EMA recently created a billing module that is still being enhanced.
