  • It is giving reliable services.
  • I am happy with its user-friendly services. Since I have issued the virtual and physical cards, I am getting real-time, and end-to-end control over my employee expenses. They can now easily go to visits and this has built their trust too. Further through receipts and expense details, I can easily control the pre-set budgets and easily configure rules to control spending.

  • It is so quick to process once your managers have approved the request. Abacus will provide you with an ETA but I have never had to wait until that date.
  • Because you are able to have more than one person approve an expense, it doesn't fall on one person and pile up.

  • Makes expenses very transparent and easy to approve. Receipt uploaded, time, who was involved, where (geolocating), and under what category the expense and reimbursement should be pulled from (customer service, sales, product, engineering teams, etc.).

  • It does seem like they are still working out some kinks in the web and mobile apps – a few times the app has crashed. But they're also very fast to push updates.
  • The benefits are simple. No one likes taking time out of their day to do expense reporting. Abacus speeds that process up considerably. The interface is clean, and I'm able to see what expenses are pending vs. expenses that are already cleared.
  • The benefit from a user standpoint is that it adds an element of organization to a process that is typically disorganized. It has saved us numerous hours.
