Enable is fantastic - it allows you to manage multiple clients' inventory all at once while also running reports for software installed, as well as which machines are running at any given time. It [is] also always easy remote control without user interaction allowing you to troubleshoot issues even after the client has left for the day. It also provides a quick view of which OS and which patches are installed.

  • wake on lan doesn't work well
  • command prompt access is a strange manor
  • can sometimes report a machine as powered off when its actually stuck in an update cycle
I find it is best when you need to connect to a computer after hours and the end user has left for the day. I can remote in to the computer without interaction and troubleshoot the issues as required.

The connection is speed and works well unlike some other remote access software

This is the first software I've used for this function.
It is just very easy to use. It has a good user interface on it, the items are where I expect them to be and I find it to work as I expect it to work without surprises.
I've never had to call support so I do not have an answer for this question. I find the software works well but we have a support desk who would work with them if we had back end issues.
