Enboarder is well suited for creating onboarding programs, we have so many tools that it is nice create an overview of what people need to do when they start in our company. It is also a great connection between the HR & IT department. Enboarder is less appropriate when it comes to IT account creation connections. For example right now e use google sheets to track all the accounts that would need to be created, it will be nice if this can be connected to Enboarder.

From our experience, being a medium-sized organization using Emboarder for our onboarding has been our primary focus, and it has been highly successful in adoption by users and has vastly improved the experience. We are now attempting to use the process for other key areas like pre-recruitment so that if a candidate is successful their transition through the lifecycle is seamless and consistent
