We use Enboarder for:
  1. New hire onboarding
  2. New manager onboarding
  3. Small tasks we need employees to take care of, like joining email groups or accessing one of our systems.
Previously we didn't have a way to automatically deliver messages based on new hire start date or other group triggers like becoming a manager at the company. Enboarder solves this by allowing us to pre-write all messaging, then simply adding users to these communication workflows when it's time to do so.

We are a large company that is having 350+ onboarders every month. We had nothing in place first to give them a nice onboarding experience with a nice roadmap what to do when they are joining. We as the EUC team create accounts and are the first point of contact when people start within JET. With this tool we can start to give people a program to work on. The problem we had before is that we don't have a solution in place to give them a prepared program and this costs time so also money.

Enboarder is owned by the HR/People function, and is largely used for its On-boarding functionality, helping to streamline and automate the onboarding processes. We have also started using Enboarder in wider HR uses, such as off-boarding, in-boarding, parental leave, alumni program, and training programs.
It enables us in HR to trigger a sequence of events, largely to be carried out by other business units, and keeps track of their progress.
