Ensighten - one of the best enterprise tag management solution
- We have been able to deploy campaign based tags very easily due to Ensighten.
- There have been many occasions when an error was made either in a Tag, or in code during production code changes, that we were able to fix through Ensighten very quickly.
- Pre-Ensighten the tag management and campaign management function was not well defined in the company and spread out in different groups. Due to ensighten we were forced to think through the process and have a central group managing tagging request.

Ensighten Manage Review

- Faster implementation.
- Smaller implementation footprint.
- We are still in the process of moving all our analytics and A/B testing applications into Ensighten, but so far it has made the process very easy. When the process is complete, we expect it will make maintaining and updating the code for these applications easier as well as reducing the complexity of our own codebase.
- There was one instance when Ensighten's servers went unavailable and as a result, our site was unable to load properly. An uptime as near to 100% as possible is essential to their service being usable.

Lets Optimize Ensighten Manage
- It has increased employee efficiency where a project plan followed by an entire month's worth of notice is not needed in cases of implementing simple to medium complexity analytics tags
- Customer service as mentioned earlier definitely needs to improve especially in cases of escalations
- More agile tag development provided by Manage in deploying A/B tests which otherwise took ~2 months to implement. Now it takes about 2 days!

NASCAR.com and Ensighten Manage - A Great Pair.
- Increased ability to tag on-the-fly to address oversights or less than complete tagging upon initial deployment of a page. This allows us to track overall page health if this was not part of the conversation upon product launch.
- Addresses mobile tagging and provides a platform to perform A/B testing within the mobile app, which is something that we did not have the ability to do prior to engaging with Ensighten's mobile solution.
- Ability to assist in other elements of NASCAR development (companion sweepstakes sites, initiatives like NASCAR Acceleration Nation, etc). We can provide the single line of code to easily allow for tracking of the page, so their developers can focus on other tasks.

Ensighten 1.0 Review
- Positive impact: you can deploy or fix tags on a site much faster so it could improve employee efficiency.
- Negative impact: I have noticed ensighten Bootstrap.js could cause some problems and in some cases could break site functionality not related to tagging.
- I have also noticed Ensighten framework doesn't fully supporting older browsers. Not very consistent.
