Entelo is a great sourcing platform!
I have used LinkedIn Talent/Recruiter for years but one significant advantage that Entelo has is the fact that you can obtain candidate personal contact info and tracking of any emails you sent. I felt when I was recruiting for engineers, any Inmails I would send would not be read by the candidate, since many recruiters tend to bombard technical candidates with multiple inmails. With Entelo, you feel like your email isn't lost in a crowd since there is a tracking mechanism and the notification of when a candidate opens an email is great! I selected Entelo because of the ease of use, the functionality of tracking emails and contact info. I have sourced many candidates using the platform and I'm very happy! I will continue using Entelo in my recruiting efforts. I highly recommend to any recruiting department that relies heavily in sourcing candidates.

Entelo should be considered as a Sourcing Tool
Entelo stacks up very well and I would recommend if you are looking for something more than LinkedIn. One of the best tools to source candidates.

Solid place to find quality candidates and increase diversity in your recruiting efforts.
Not as comprehensive as LinkedIn Talent but does provide more insight into candidates experience and skills. However this is something we find out about candidates through our software so not critical for entelo to provide this to us.

Entelo "Souring with ease"
I've used and demoed several products of which I've used the below;
-Connectifier (solid tool but limited actionable activities)
-Gild (no longer in business)
-Hired (great but there are a lot of people going after the same profiles...which creates bidding wars)
-Recruitifi (i liked this but the UI was a bit difficult to navigate through)
I'd have to say that I think Entelo is the most versatile tool for sourcing and ease of use, as timing and the ability to move fast is one of the most important things when it comes to recruiting.

Telling on Entelo
I have used Scavado and it is helpful, but, Entelo is much more targeted and lets me keep track of what I'm doing and who I'm sending e-mails. I wish it would tell me if I've looked at a profile before and there are some candidates that seem to be uncontactable through Entelo, but, Entelo is my first option for contacting candidates.

We've also used Mixmax and ZenSourcer, which are better for automatic follow-ups, but Entelo's product is improving quickly and we're sticking with it for now.

Good sourcing product that continues to evolve and get better
- Hiretual, HiringSolved and CareerBuilder
Hiretual and Entelo have very similar sourcing capabilities. They pull from the same data sources and are able to find personal and professional contact information. Hiretual is superior for sourcing Facebook and Entelo has the email product(Hiretual doesn't have one) to be able to email and track emails directly from their platform.
I have never used HiringSolved and CareerBuilder but they are alternatives to Entelo.

Find, contact, track candidates
No other platform I have used has the quality and usability of Entelo. Each has one specific feature that doesn't interact well with others. This has many helpful features in a single, trackable resource.
