After hearing about Informer from a conference, I started the Trial Version as soon as I returned to office. From day 1, I am amazed by the helpfulness of the company, the ease of installation, and the built-in functionalities. I couldn't wait to show what it can do for the entire school. We called a special meeting and everyone feel in love with the reports and the tool that made it possible, Informer is one of the best decision we ever made!

Yes, like everything else - we have to do a trial phase first. We throw our hardest reports to make into Informer and we were surprised how easy Informer set , schedule, deliver and process them all. Wow!

They take care of all bugs and are very quick to issue a fix. Most they found-out themselves. They take wish functionalities too - and add them on their new releases.
Every time we have some very unique problem - Informer Support is willing to do a remote session with us and help us complete the report - for as long as it takes. They take the task as their own and take joy in completing them for us. Its like they are our employees too!

Our institution uses Entrinsik Informer across the whole institution. It is used primarily to allow end-users of data the ability to create and manipulate data when & how they need. Prior to Informer, our end-users were not able to get data when they wanted it. Also, the ability for them to run a live excel spreadsheet, rather than operate inside Informer has alleviated any user trepidation about their ability to run reports. Training has been lessened - once a user is trained on live excel specifics, they will run any other Informer report without hesitation.

- I'd like to see Entrinsik expand its menu of scripts that are provided for use.
- I'd also appreciate an expanded how-to manual as a pdf on calculated columns and dashboarding.

I don't think this is an option - Entrinsik is VERY customer oriented - we haven't had an issue go unresolved. We have paid for more training as we expanded our techical expertise on campus, but we didn't expect to get free training 4 years into the product usage.

Our IT person assigned to maintain Informer on our local server has received the wrong version for our system before. This may have been our fault in selecting the wrong one, but Entrinsik is quick to email or call to help correct the problem and we have never "lost" any of our materials.
