  • Microsoft Dynamics
Other than Microsoft Dynamics it's more complete and user-friendly. Also, the ROI was better than Microsoft Dynamics. When all departments reviewed the offerings is Epicor was a better fit than the other 4. The interface was easier to use meaning we got up to speed faster. The only weakness was Microsoft Dynamics seemed to have better reporting and BI capabilities.

We evaluated a couple of different products. Overall I think that Epicor has similar features to the other ERP offerings out there at this level. The thing that I like the best about Epicor is the tools used to modify the software. Just about every aspect of the software is modifiable. The downside of this is that supporting the software requires either knowledgeable programmers or a consultant on call.

Historically we used Epicor for many years. It is solid ERP software with many handy modules that provide all that we need for our business processes. Currently, we also use AdaptUX and CRM.
