When I first saw DemandCenter I knew it was different. With DemandCenter you "storyboard" your campaign. That one unique feature sets DemandCenter apart from the rest of the market. Consider the "storyboard" as the controlling document to all of your campaigns. From there, you can control the flow, activities, work orders and change orders. It's a brilliant design. No question. When you see something that makes total sense you either instinctively know it or you don't. I knew it the first time I saw DemandCenter demonstrated.

Many of the CRM systems meet some of these "must have" criteria. However, among the products in the market today, my experience is that eTrigue Demand Center and, just as importantly, the employees behind the eTrigue product, consistently outperform the competition on every item of the CRM "must have" list.

Ease of use is unparalleled. Marketo is very challenging, too much training required. The integration with WebX or Go To Webinar is 30 pages long. We integrated WebEx with eTrigue in 5 minutes.

Act-On is limited because campaigns must be based on a list. Very inflexible.

eTrigue allows me to build the campaign in real time and adjust on the fly. You do not have to have all the assets built before starting the campaign.

As an agency we have experience with several other marketing automation platforms. We support clients that are not using eTrigue DemandCenter-- we'll work with them to create various campaign assets. This said, if our clients want us to also run their marketing automation campaigns-- implement the campaigns after the assets are created, we only work in eTrigue as this our platform of choice. Our ability to support the robust and fast-paced needs of our clients requires us to use a platform that they can easily implement and that we can easily work in, make ongoing changes in. eTrigue DemandCenter is the platform that delivers.

we talk to users of Marketo and Eloqua and they tell us that both are complex to use and difficult and time consuming to make changes - they also require full time administrators - eTrigue is refreshingly easy to use - does not require a full time administrator - has most of the features of Marketo and Eloqua - and changes can be implemented quickly and easily

We have used batch campaign systems, and relied on partners to run our campaigns previously. With eTrigue we can now run our own campaigns very easily, with little training required, and can change campaigns mid flow based on performance reporting. We have seen a 100% return on investment in our first campaign. The supporting and initial training is very helpful, and the team helps us if we ever have questions. We appreciate their fast response and availability and genuine concern for our campaigns. They make lots of suggestions on how to improve our message and campaign effectiveness.

We have trained junior people how to run campaigns in only a couple hours, and are able to get lots of nurturing campaigns setup in only a couple hours. I am very happy with our decision to use eTrigue Demand Center.

eTrigue is far better than other marketing systems we have used because of the drag-n-drop, advanced search, ability to launch campaigns when all assets are not ready, and THE BEST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER USED. We tried Marketo and Pardot, then tested Act-on. With the other products we were charged for support, had to wait days for answers, or could only get email and forum based support which seemed very generic. At eTrigue they will check your campaign, and not charge you. They will even call you to confirm you don't have questions. It is very comforting to know they care that we are successful.

In 2010, we evaluated Marketo and Pardot alongside eTrigue. And eTrigue was considered the 'Cadillac' of MA tools. More recently, we've checked out Eloqua and Hubspot. All of these are more-or-less clones, having all the same core features. Except for HubSpot, which should be in a class of its own. eTrigue has been around a very long time, and DemandCenter can hold its ground against all of these MA solutions.

No comparison. Eloqua is clunky and time consuming. They both have the same features but eTrigue is cleaner, simpler, faster and less expensive. By comparison, Eloqua implementation and training took 2 weeks and an onsite paid consultant. eTrigue implementation and training took 3 days, at no addl. cost and was achieved remotely.
