I checked the mentioned products. Honestly, they might be more qualified and even more popular as an event and registration management platform. However, the immediate response and flexible event packages that match small and medium events was the main reason that pushed Eventleaf Online to the top selection.

They focused on renting equipment to print badges on-site, and event management was secondary.

We wanted to rule out any data protection issue for our participants. Also, Eventleaf was recommended by a colleague.

Eventleaf Online is much more fairly priced than the others.

Eventleaf was by far the smoothest, easiest to use of any of the platforms. In addition, the user experience and downloadable app interface were intuitive and simple to use. Many of our participants are technology shy, but they adapted to Eventleaf quickly.

Eventleaf is much more economical, and not as complex as RegOnline. Easy to input info. Had a lot of HTML issues with RegOnline on the back end. Not as many features as Reg, but Eventleaf has the necessities.

Previous to Eventleaf, we had a registration site set up through our company's website. It was great as a free service, but it did not allow for customizable registration fields and had some glitches when we tried to add those fields. The look was pretty basic as well. As we have grown, we needed something a bit more snazzy to share the trip information and register participants.

There's no comparison here. The Eventleaf site is so perfectly customized and professional. Typeform charges more per registrant for much less, with out any option for payments, no check-in app, no name badge printing, no lead app. honestly, the move to Eventleaf is a no brainer. It took my event to the next level in a matter of minutes.

It's a very modern tool from both event creators' and attendees' points of view where many things are customizable from registration types to invite types. There is a proper way to collect feedback. Every small detail can be mentioned about the event so that things are clear to the attendees. Good UI to see important things like the list of attendees, etc.

It's free and easy to use.

There is no other software that can replace Eventleaf Online. It's because of the fact that Eventleaf Online has a lot of functions and it's really easy to use. There is no software that can compete. People love those things which are really easy to handle, can be used to manage access at any time, without any problem. This is what makes this software really amazing.

I haven't tried similar software and after using Eventleaf Online, I don't feel as though I need to.

The software's mentioned above and others I have used, lack one or more of the key features which Eventleaf has. I had to use multiple platforms to manage my events, which was frustrating and very annoying. Since I have started using Eventleaf, I found out so many features are built-in. I do not need to use other social media or my email contacts running through my Outlook. Just a few clicks and I am done with all contacts. Just a few clicks and [I] print my event badges; print tickets, check in attendees, run reports of contacts attending and not attending and separately message them; informing the benefits of the event and how beneficial it would be if they attend it.
