Use Cases and Deployment Scope
My company is the organizer of events dedicated to real estate and immigration programs. We used EventsWallet to host our virtual events during the time it was not possible to arrange offline events. But even now when we are getting back to the personal meetings, we can not refuse to use EventsWallet due to the significant features that help us easily schedule online meetings, keep the program, send notifications to our attendees and place exhibitors with all the information in one place just like on the real expo. We broadcast conferences just for a click and have full interaction with the audience due to the chat rooms. I can confidently recommend EventsWallet as the best solution for the event organizers!
Pros and Cons
  • It was easy to understand everything inside the platform even for my boss who has never been close to digital solutions
  • It was the first time when we had a real statistics after the event
  • Almost all the listeners didn't miss any part of the event due to the notification tool
  • There was no opportunity to rebroadcast the session from Streamyard, but we mentioned it to the support team and this function was added
Likelihood to Recommend
It's perfect for hosting any kind of event like a conference, expo, webinar etc. But for our tradition, we always had the parties after the official part of the offline event, of course, it is not possible virtually.

  • We avoided the chaos in meetings between clients and exhibitors/speakers. We never used a scheduling system before, but we realized how important and comfortable it is
