We use Evernote for many purposes. Sales folks use it for company facts and selling points. Recruiters use it for pitches and area marketing materials. Sharing notes with Evernote is easy. You can email the note, or share a URL. Also post to your social media sites. Operations folks use it to track sales and contest.

No administration required, Evernote is easy to use and there is plenty of documentation. Everyone in the office can create notes, east to drag content off the web and drag and drop. Evernote has solved many business challenges and provides a great tool. I would suggest you try it, and by the end of the month you will be finding new ways to use it!

Evernote use at our company is self-serve like it is at most companies at this point. They have just started an Evernote for business service: http://evernote.com/business/ but I have not yet had the chance to use it.

Amazing value for the service - I want to see the company be successful.
Generally very good initially but as the issues get more complex the support can start to hit delays.
Generally does what I need great but there are times where they change the UI where it can be a set back. Hotkeys are important to learn.
Generally issues are by connectivity and not Evernote availability but I have had issues in the past with cross-client consistency of data which Evernote Support has ID'd as bugs that are still unresolved as far as I know.
  • The Evernote Trunck offers many services that can be integrated with the platform: http://trunk.evernote.com/
  • Would love to see more integration between Google Apps and Evernote.
There are some third party options but none are amazing at this point.
Generally all my interactions with them have been great. As a company they are very transparent.
There are a lot of ways to get free credits for Evernote premium. Check the Evernote Trunk for ways to get credits when signing up for other services/products (LiveScribe, Moleskin, Scanners, etc)
