Our company basically has 4 separate business units that need to appear "somewhat" cohesive while also still remaining separate and free to create their own email signatures. Exclaimer allows for a dedicated set of managers at each business unit to admin the users for that business unit, while also being able to duplicate/copy/modify signatures from other business units to allow for more cohesive brand styling between our business units and the parent company. Exclaimer utilizes data within Active Directory including custom fields, and then admins can utilize those fields to populate data for users along with unit-wide information (such as marketing graphics or even departmental promos).
  • Very easy to create a professional email signature and apply it to users.
  • Lot's of options for fine-tuning the signature design including custom links for tracking.
  • Well organized and intuitive rule builder for handling the myriad of special circumstances that every organization requires.
  • There are a few UI elements that could be improved. Sometimes fields are slow to respond to input...but you get used to the little quirks pretty quickly.
  • After editing a signature, you currently have to return to the root level of all signatures instead of back to a list of your business unit signatures. This could be improved.
  • While Exclaimer allows for the integration of custom AD fields, I've been told this is a slow process and somewhat problematic. There isn't a way to test data integration until after it has been pushed to production, so errors can result in massive delays if a business unit has to wait until the next production push before proceeding.
Exclaimer is well suited for organizations that keep their employee data within AD. I don't even know if there are other options offhand, but that's the case where I work and it fits the skillsets of our Microsoft-only IT admins. It's a little clunky when you need to implement customized solutions (such as the addition of personal pronoun fields, etc.), but it does get the job done, and there are typically more than one way to accomplish something within Exclaimer.

We use exclaimer for all of our outlook signatures for our users. This is beneficial because all of our employees have the same signature format across the company. no more different sized fonts or colors for signatures. we connect it to our AD to pull job titles and phone numbers .

Applies the same signature to all emails, regardless of application (Outlook or Outlook web) or device (PC or mobile). Creates stability for our users and the standard signature creates uniformity in our communications to all clients.<br><br>And because the users have to do nothing, it's less stress on IT support.

Exclaimer is used on a day to day basis in our company. The setup and management of it is easy to get use to and change when needed. GUI is very clean and straight forward. Although it lacks some very basic features, it still does what it needs to and have been a breeze of a service for us.

We wanted to avoid each user having their own customizable signature.
IT was also tasked with manually changing the over 300 users' signatures on each device.
This was a time consuming and resource wasteful task.

With exclaimer we have a centralized signature management system to remotely setup and enforce the signature for all the users.
Our users use a variety of windows, apple and android devices, both old and newer versions.
Our email infrastructure is 365 based and exclaimers integration has massively reduced the amount of time necessary to change the companies signatures.

Exclaimer was the perfect solution to our email compliance issues. We are a regulated entity that is required to display licensing information in a very specific way. We struggled with potential compliance violations as everyone had access to managing their email signature and also trusted that our end users were going to have to be experts at setting up their email signatures uniformly. We found Exclaimer as an integration into O365 and gave it a try.. We were very happy after the implementation and integration. The service is being delivered exactly as we expected and thus far over the last year, we have not had any downtime. Exclaimer is the cost-effective yet highly scalable for small businesses and budget-restricted organizations.

Easy to use 3rd party app that allows us to update all user signatures without the need to manually update them individually; this ensures that everyone has the updated signature details especially logos, job titles, etc that are being pulled directly from the server and that there's really less manual job that needs to be performed, we're quite satisfied on how it addresses the main issue that we had which is the inconsistency of user signatures.
  • Ease of use with design, it's interface when creating new signatures is well defined.
  • Ease of deployment is somehow critical since it's one of the main problems that we are resolving, and exclaimer does a good job of it, Having several options available both for Windows and Mac O365 users as well as web deployment.
  • Support coverage, they really take the extra mile to help resolve issues and constant follow-up to ensure that issues are addressed.
  • More customizable features, specifically with the Feedback system to be able to use custom images or ratings.
If you have more than 20 employees with different roles and all of them have O365 accounts, Exclaimer would really be a time saver in managing and deploying their email signatures, especially when you have staff who are less than knowledgeable with working creating their own signatures as it resolves the main problem of having a unified signature for everyone

Exclaimer is used to append any signatures that our users send at the end of any emails, whether that email sent through a desktop or mobile version of outlook. This allows me as an admin to quickly adjust the signatures of people at a moments notice instead of asking them to manually change the signature themselves thereby saving time.

Exclaimer service is well suited in scenarios where we need to implement signatures in a consistent format for multiple different users which all have different titles and positions within a company. Exclaimer for Office 365 is a great solution for professional signatures. A customer where I implemented Exclaimer for Office 365 has over 75 remote offices with over 300 office managers. Exclaimer provided us with a way to quickly change the e-mail footer of the whole company within minutes. It saved the IT-department alot of trouble managing the signatures.

In our company we use exclaimer to have a signature in our emails.<br>It is useful because we can make templates of various signature so that we can divide them by office/department.<br>Another useful feature is that you can edit signatures "offline" and only after they're finished you can bind them to office365 groups so that signature can be displaed on emails.

We used Exclaimer as a signature provider which would manage remote signatures. This was as we had ongoing issues with Outlook signatures being inconsistent, and we wanted to manage everyone's signature remotely.

It is a shame that it didn't really work with Office 365, but this seems true of signatures generally not being very compatible with Office.

Excalimer is deployed company wide. We use it to make our signatures more dynamic, using banners to present products, events, conferences, etc.
In the past, each employee had to create they're own signature and ouir company brand was not uniform. Exclaimer solved this.

I believe support was slow and when I finally got ahold of someone it was all by email. They still didn’t understand my issue and didn’t follow up to fix it.

We used Exclaimer to manage our company's signatures so we all had the same signature. This is unity.
Exclaimer was great to use. We had some installation issues but all issues were resolved and the support was great. Live meetings to help us explain where we can find several settings and configurations.
It was also very user friendly. We could adjust signatures very easily.
Unfortunately we had to stop using it because the company that bought our company had their own signature program and did not want to switch.

I am one of the Senior Technicians for a group consisting of several companies. Each individual company in the group requires its own unique signature, pulling in fields from AD. We also have an added complication where certain members of each group require additional elements in the signature, indicating various business accreditations - shown as logos. This is achieved via keywords used in some of the unused fields in AD. Exclaimer allows us to have the individual signatures we require and also the additional elements based on the role within the organization.

  • The ability to have individual signatures for a new external email, a reply, and an internal email
  • The signature tester, invaluable when rolling out a new signature
  • Only a small annoyance, but navigating between the signature and the tester can be a bit cumbersome. I tend to have 2 tabs open, one for each.
Definitely works for our environment, one of multiple companies within a group. Signatures can be individually changed to add promotions or information without it appearing on the signature of the other companies within the group.

Before implementing the Exclaimer solution into the business we suffered the usual problems managing email signatures for almost 200 employees, content was often left to individual users and keeping signatures consistent was virtually impossible. Enter Exclaimer and all departments have their own signatures, based on the corporate theme, contact details are drawn from our M365 profiles and we have even started to schedule signature changes based on offers, projects and time of year. Our Marketing department is now looking to see what benefits can be derived form the Marketing Cloud offering so that they can tailor signatures based on the returned analytics. Exclaimer has definitely saved us on support time and with the addition of the Marketing Cloud may even help us with income generation in the future.

Within our business, we have four areas of delivery that are essentially sub-brands. Each sub-brand has its own identity, but they need to be in keeping with the main brand. To ensure individuality and consistency the brand team needed to manage all signatures but have the ability to make them slightly different for each team. Updating signatures and adding/deleting signatures also needed to be quick and easy.

Great if your business requires different styled footers for different areas of the business (sub-brands), or if you want to edit signature content frequently i.e. changing the promotional footer at the bottom. The only downside for us is that it doesn't currently apply signatures on meeting invites in outook/365.
