Great Software to Manage Signature
- Managing Signatures
- Graphics in Signature
- Signature Design
- Template Design is Extremely Difficult
- User Friendliness
- Auto Data Synchronization
Exclaimer Signature Software for the Win!
- Synchronising AD contact details for all staff members
- Allowing us to run successful Marketing campaigns
- Easy customisation of our e-mail signature configurations
- Unable to export and import signatures in a standard html format
- Unable to generate digital business cards (QR or VCF) in cloud platform. It is only available in on-prem versions.
Exclaimer removes the pain of centralised email signature management across all devices, including the mobile phones.
- Sync with Azure Active Directory.
- Signature editor.
- Single Sign-on.
- The signature editor is great as it is, but further improvements in design auto-correction (similar to MS PowerPoint) would make it even better.
Exclaimer - Great choice for robust signature management
- Pull fields from Office 365
- Custom rules to define when to show certain signatures
- Signature Design Templates
- Simple to manage
- Backend settings such as force sync is not easy to fine
- The admin interface feels a little dated
Works, but needs some improvement for me to highly recommend
- User interface
- Organized condition management
- Policy tester for client side users
- Previews in different email clients (like Litmus testing)
- Ability to "nest" conditional statements within one field, versus having to "stack" them all in the template
- Better explanation of how conditions for policy management is actually applied. Right now the folder assignments don't seem to work, which creates redundant work for the user when they need to use the same assignments for multiple signatures in a folder. The folder assignment feature shouldn't be offered unless it's fully working.
Central Signature Management enterprise level
- On the fly, after mail is sent, adding signature.
- Processing complex rules to generate signature in almost real time.
- Unique signature for each recipient of one mail.
- One version of a company identity, not hundreds of similar, but outdated and wrong signatures.
- Allows use of mails for protection of a company for legal issues, by ensuring valid evidence due to complete business information.
- Company information changes, the change is made in Exclaimer, all users have the correct signature straight away.
- Central signature Management
- Signature that a user has can be checked in the Exclaimer portal
- Works for application sent mail as well
- User interface for editing signatures is poor, after saving you are presented with a wizard of what to do next instead of just saving. There is no "just save button", their is no "just close and go back to last screen".
- No useable bread crumb
- Search is not transparent
- If you only have 50 Signatures then this point is not relevant. I have more than 1000 Signatures in the portal, this is a very high load for the portal. Content in portal is generated after the fact in the browser page by page which means menu's are not fully loaded when the page is loaded. Signatures are loaded after the fact in the portal browser side too, which leads to time outs, not showing all the signatures.
- They are still working on role based access rights, either you are an admin that can do everything or an editor that can only edit content that the admin has released for you. This is fine with only 1 Admin and 10 Editors with 10 folders, but with many admins and editors, and folders is an issue.
Exclaimer is a Simple yet Feature-Packed Solution for all your Email Signature Needs!
- The ability to synchronize user information with the Exclaimer system from our AD is especially useful for us and it handles this very well. We haven't had any issues with this since we started using it.
- The signature designer is very intuitive and easy to use. It makes the process of designing a new signature a much smoother process, especially when you can see a preview of it on the same page!
- The signature tester is a very useful feature for me when I am creating and applying new signatures to users. This feature allows me to see which signature will be applied when a user sends an email to a specific user, which is especially helpful when you've got a different signature setup for internal and external recipients.
- Although the signature designer is very easy-to-use, the image resizing feature needs fixing or removing. I've had a number of issues in the past with images duplicating and changing sizes in emails where I have changed the size of the said image using the integrated feature within the Exclaimer signature designer. You can work around this by importing the image at the correct resolution instead of using the resizing feature, but if this is required then the feature shouldn't be available as it can cause unprofessional-looking emails.

A must have for all businesses
- Ease of use

Exclaimer has been great for our business
- Ease of design
- Consistency in branding
- Ease of administration
- Customer support
- Easier way to sync directory information
Consistent Signatures Across Platforms
- Signatures across devices platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android)
- Provides links to other social media platforms
- Provides professional images in signatures
- Allows for different types of signatures based upon who your recipients are
- I feel that Exclaimer's integration with 3rd party email security applications is a headache
- The ability to see the signature in the email application before it is sent, instead of only using the application to test signatures
- Seems to slow down email delivery to go through all the processes once an email is sent
A great email signature tool for any business
- Team signature management
- Scheduling signatures
- Connecting with Exchange
- A better editor for editing signatures
- Easier onboarding process for connecting to Exchange
- More predefined templates that are more modern
Exlaimer - Great Product!

Exclaimer Email Signatures
- Customization.
- Links to socials and website.
- Tracking on interaction.
- Feedback options.
- Some parts seem a bit dated in their appearance.
- Not all email accounts pull through Exclaimer signatures unfortunately.
Exclaimer Feedback
- Fairly easy to use UI
- Works with Microsoft 365 Active Directory
- Allows rule customization for when signatures are added
- Exclaimer should allow users to hide AD fields when the field is empty. For example, not all users want their mobile phone number displayed. Rather than hide the mobile icon/row when there's no number, I have to create a whole separate email sig, without the icon/row. This complicates rules.
Exclaimer! The signatures you need
- Easy set up of signature
- Applying rules
- Syncing with exchange
- The landing page could have a much simpler layout after logging in
- An info button with short description of what each button does when you hover over the buttons

The best signature platform out there!

- Signatures that change depending on who sends them.
- Having client side signatures on top of the server side signatures.
- Making client side signatures easier to implement
- Improving bit map signature sizing on a wide variety of devices
- Automatic formatting for mobile numbers.
Exclaimer Review
- Clear instruction to Microsoft 365
- Email template
- Image icon
- Social media icon options
- Format image
- Provide email template
Exclaimer in 2022 (cloud-based version)
- Sync signatures to users at a very short notice
- Allow us to pass personal attributes into signatures
- Not server dependent
- Allowing multiple signatures for a single email address
- Simpler design like in the old UI
One signal front to customers
- Marketing campaigns
- Uniform signature
- Easy administrations in deploying signature
- Better documentation of functions
Works well
- Works well
- Easy to configure
- Easy to redesign your signature
- Have a way of assigning certain signatures to certain individuals so you can manually add and remove them to a department specific signature
Exclaimer makes it possible to have centrally maintained corporate email signatures.
There were a few providers that I ran trials with but none of them were as easy to use as Exclaimer, the trial was so simple to start and there were easy guides through the setup process. Once created I could apply signatures to emails sent from mobile devices as well as PC's and Laptops with real simplicity. I can also roll out timed signatures for seasonal events to add extra interest, while having the option to keep signatures standard for certain users if required.
- Centralised maintenance of company signatures.
- Ability to have timed signatures for seasonal events.
- Ease of design and maintenance of signatures.
- We have some mailboxes accessed by multiple people and this means their username doesn't get added, perhaps this could be pulled from the default mailbox.
- Feedback options are still in trial phase, and we found it difficult to stop being spammed with ratings from invalid addresses.
