We adopted Exclaimer to replace custom-written (compliant) HTML for our M365 signatures across our entire organization. Exclaimer has made the entire experience easy, efficient, and fun to manage. Instead of manually updating dozens of personnel signature files, each with their own custom code, we can now manage any signatures with just a few clicks. And the output is spot on from any device (PC, Mac, mobile, tablet, etc.). Support and Sales are both extremely prompt and courteous. They are always there to answer any questions we may have. Now that we have been using Exclaimer, I could not imagine ever having to revert back to manually managing our company signatures. Kudos to excellent service and staff.

  • Honestly, I would not change anything.
I believe Exclaimer is well suited for companies our size (30-50 staff), as I can only speak for managing signatures that many end-users. That said, however, I could not foresee any great difficulty in utilizing Exclaimer for larger or smaller companies. Their approach to providing a consistent email signature experience is outstanding.
Overall, the usability is great, from an administrative standpoint. There was literally no end-user action required (other than ensuring any desktop/webmail) staff accounts had custom signatures turned off. We have found the entire signature creation, and implementation process, incredibly efficient and time-saving, while also making overall signature administration much easier.

We currently use Exclaimer Cloud to populate our signatures on delivery. We are now able to leverage our AD fields to create a professional signature that is standard across our organization. We leverage different templates for different signatures for departments that have more customer service needs. This allows for personalized signatures to our external clients.

By utilizing the AD attributes, and in conjuction with Azure AD Connect, we are able to leverage these properties to manage from on-prem AD. This makes the administrative overhead easy to manage. Having a single pane of glass to manage the content that the signature templates use, makes sure that you know the source of the data populating the signature.
The integration into O365 is seemless. Since we use Azure AD Connect syncing our on-prem AD user object attributes, the Azure user objects also get these properties. We use these properties to build the signature. In some cases, we have a department using a different template that access the Manager and the manager's contact information, phone number and email address, in case the client needs to escalate directly to them. O365 sync runs quickly even when you have to manually update.
We have had to engage support a few times, and although they are always quick to communicate, the 1st level technicians don't always provide the solution. Usually we have to climb the support ladder to get to a resolution. This is more of a time consuming factor, and not one I consider to be high on the scale when rating a product or solution.

Currently, we use Exclaimer to integrate with our Office 365 tenant in order to make sure that all staff have identical signature blocks on their emails. Every staff member that is assigned a work email address is automatically signed up with Exclaimer. By having all of the signature blocks the same, we eliminate the possibility of staff entering incorrect information and adding quotes that may not represent what the agency wishes to portray.

Exclaimer for Office 365, for us, has worked great since we are using Active Directory which allows Exclaimer to pull from the user profiles. This package makes it easy to manage signature blocks versus letting staff have full control over their own. For medium, large and enterprise scenarios this is perfect, while for a small mom and pop shop this may not be needed.

We use exclaimer firm-wide to present a consistent email signature for all attorneys and staff. It prevents users from embellishments that are not firm-approved. It enhances our branding efforts. The Active Directory sync is wonderful as long as you use the fields available. The custom attributes are also supported.

Exclaimer was the solution for the propensity of our users to make their own email signatures. It presents a consistent and professional appearance. We use it for our business and personal accounts because it makes it so easy to ensure whatever device you are using and whichever brand/account you want to send from that your correct branding and contact details are used with no fuss at all. It is easy to set up and simple to use.

We are using Exclaimer firm-wide to manage signatures in Outlook as well as mobile devices. Before Exclaimer, we had inconsistencies with how employee signatures were formatted. After implementing Exclaimer, we have been able to enforce consistency firm-wide with how our signatures are formatted. Lastly, implementing firm-wide formatting changes to email signatures is simplified greatly by only requiring changes to a single template that's deployed firm-wide.

We have been using Exclaimer Signature Manager on-prem solutions internally as well as for our clients for more than 5 years. The product has always delivered great results. Since we started enforcing MFA on managed Microsoft 365 accounts, we have moved to Exclaimer Cloud Office 365, which is more than up to the task.

Exclaimer is a great product for enterprise environments. It integrates seamlessly with Office 365 to pull user details and update their signatures automatically and globally or by the department. It's definitely a fit for every organization with the need to manage signatures in a centralized way.
Exclaimer is a great product and does a great job once it's been set up. On the flip side, its interface is not the most user-friendly and takes some time to understand. However, once your techs are used to it, it will allow delivering great results in little to no time.

As a user of Google G Suite, having signatures rolled out to our company is very important. We use Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for G Suite (Workspace) to deploy all of our users and clients' email signatures from a central location. We use it to have all mobile numbers (important during COVID) on each outgoing email. Each user has a banner at the bottom of their signatures to allow marketing to happen automatically. We track clicks on social media profiles and marketing banners to measure the effectiveness of the signatures.

It is well suited for anyone that wants to have email signatures from all devices. If you are only sending from 1 user from the Gmail interface then you can set up a signature for yourself easily. As soon as you would like to have more people and have a standard look for your company, then all devices should have Exclaimer enabled.
To get your signatures up and running is fairly painless. It is really just a follow along with a guide.

Once it is setup, the software just works. You have the option of using it with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

You can change the entire company's email signatures in a couple of seconds. Based either on a query per branch, group, location, department etc or for all the users.

Between the live chat and the ticketing system, the support is very good. Problems with support would be when you are dealing with an onPrem server or Microsoft 365 which would be outside the support of Exclaimer.

We initially used Exclaimer for our Team Members most likely to communicate externally and at our license renewal we decided that we should use Exclaimer across the whole organization. Exclaimer addresses two problems for us, one - inconsistency in email signatures, and two - making internal and external announcements/sharing blog posts and videos with our Team and the outside world.

  • Allows variable logos based on conditions. (we have multiple company logos)
  • Support. We get very quick and complete support.
  • Almost all of my issues with Exclaimer have been learning curve issues that have since been resolved.
  • The issue of image size/quality on logos has been an annoyance because our logos were created long before we adopted Exclaimer. This is probably an "us" problem vs. an Exclaimer problem but it seems to manifest differently on different operating systems and devices. it's a pain to explain to users.
  • Would like to be able to restrict signatures on replies and we have not been successful with that. We plan to push to server side in the next two months which may resolve.
I have no experience with other signature programs but I really love Exclaimer, our signatures were like the wild west! All types of different formats, fonts, unapproved logos - we were all over the place.

We have over 30 brands under our main umbrella, with a single user looking after many of these brands as once. This can cause headaches when trying to separate our branding, especially when sending emails. It would look very unprofessional if we were to send an email out with the wrong signature or domain name. Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition has helped us to set a default signature but also allows the agent to optionally choose a different signature, depending on the type of correspondence required. The ability to connect it to Active Directory and dynamically pull user profile fields is key for us.

  • When editing the HTML, it is not the final HTML that the signature is created with so that can be frustrating when trying to tweak it.

Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition has been a fantastic tool for us for a lot of years. It has done exactly what we have required in terms of being able to set specific signatures for each brand, and keeping that separation between our divisions. We are, however, now looking to move the majority of our organization's computer systems to the cloud. We are going to be looking into Exclaimer Cloud Edition to help us handle this leap however that comes at a significantly higher cost so we will likely be on Exchange Edition for a while longer yet.
It is fairly easy and intuitive to get Exclaimer installed on a server and getting the file share sorted out with all of the correct policies. Connecting it into Active Directory is easy enough and the overall concept of creating templates and policies is easy. The hardest part is the actual creation of the templates which can be at times frustrating in terms of trying to get things presented exactly right. The rendering engine for Outlook is not the same as a Webkit renderer such as Chrome or Firefox so the concept of creating it all in a text editor, getting it looking right in the browser and then pasting the code into Exclaimer doesn't always work. I have tried this in the past and things are not displayed quite the same so the best bet is to do the entire thing in Exclaimer even though it can be a bit clunky. Overall it does the job and for how often we edit signatures it's really not a huge deal.
We have never needed to contact support other than to purchase upgraded versions. Our dealings in these instances have been straightforward and professional. The team was prompt in coming back to us with quotes and seeing the upgrade through from end to end, payment to deployment. I guess it is a testament to the system itself that we haven't had to contact them for support related queries.

Provides consistent e-mail signatures across the enterprise using the approved Corporate Branding assets and format. Standardized e-mails appear regardless if they were sent from a Desktop/Laptop/PC/Mac/iPhone/Android.

Well suited for providing consistent, standardized e-mail signatures across the enterprise. End-users have to get used to the fact that they do not 'see' their e-mail signature when they are composing them (because they are added to the e-mail server).

I can be certain all email accounts on my Office 365 tenancy pick up the correct signature, with their correct details automatically. There is nothing for anyone else to configure. The main concern was emails sent from mobile devices as the signature options are limited on those devices - this does it all at the server rather than the device, so all emails look consistent! I really couldn't be happier with the service. Even better than that is the simple pricing shown on their website rather than having to request a quote. Simple to set up with automated systems to configure your account and Office 365, linking the two together without having to know anything technical! Simple to use, all through an online WYSIWYG editor.

[Exclaimer is well-suited for] use on mobile devices. It applies to all emails sent from any device, without any need for apps, add-ins or plug-ins... The only scenario where it was less appropriate was on out-of-office emails, but that has recently been resolved so doesn't get applied. I really couldn't be happier with the service.
It's really simple to use - [it has] a nice WYSIWYG editor, showing a preview as you edit. Plus, it allows you to set rules based on loads of different options, like message content. If it picks up that you're sending an email about a certain subject, you can set it to look for keywords and use a different signature. Really handy!!

We've implemented Exclaimer Cloud for Office 365 to manage our shoreside employees' mail signatures to make them coherent and consistent throughout the business. Using the Exclaimer platform allows the IT manager to centrally manage the templates through the online software as well as use O365 AD to manage the contact details of the employees and what is displayed on the signatures.

  • Very reasonably priced for what you get.
  • Possibly a mobile app to manage Exclaimer through.
Less suited to very small teams with 2 or 3 employees that can manage email signatures easily. Very well suited to large teams or organizations with a large number of employees or multiple locations. The IT admin can easily set an employee up with an O365 account and synchronize it with Exclaimer. The employee doesn't have to worry about their signature on their emails, this is automatically applied after it has been sent.
The website is easy to use. Support is extremely helpful in setting up templates. Testing of email signatures before implementation is good.

Exclaimer is excellent for automatically adding email signatures, and allows our Marketing team to quickly update with the latest information across all users. By using it's features the marketing team are able to inform our customers of the latest news and events within our business, which is very helpful for marketing purposes.

Exclaimer is great for adding adding email signatures to staff emails, as this is the core function of the product and exactly what it is designed to do. It is less suited to any other activity, as it can't do anything more than add signatures to emails sent from staff to other email recipients.

By logging into the system and following the instructions it allows you to configure the service to operate in the way it is designed, and hence it can then perform the function that it was designed to do in an effective and efficient way. By it's very nature it ensures that email signatures are consistent across device types and employees

Exclaimer is being used across the whole organization to apply matching signatures that are specific to the department the user works in. At times, we also run short-term marketing campaigns within the signature for certain holidays like Christmas.

We use Exclaimer to help maintain a professional email signature across all our platforms and all our users. We also use it to disseminate marketing.

It is best suited for creating and managing a signature that is appended to emails where the company desires a uniform, professional design and messaging control. If a company wants to offer more liberty in signatures, it is probably not the best choice.

Exclaimer is a no-brainer for creating unified email signature branding regardless of what type of device is used to send emails. You can create fully custom signatures, though it can be a bit cumbersome at times.

There are various rules you can set up to apply certain signatures to emails, but some of the options there seem to be a bit lacking (eg. no out-of-the-box way to use separate server-side signatures for replies vs new messages without setting up overly complex rule structures). Rule flows seem complex and tedious. Signature designer sometimes glitches or doesn't display the actual font/color in the settings area.

We have upgraded to Exclaimer Cloud when we moved to Office 365 and use it to maintain signatures across various domains within our business. It allows us to manage multiple signatures based on domain names of the from and to email addresses and ensures that all our emails - whether from outlook, web based outlook or mobile devices are all using the corporate identity and information required for our clients.

We use Exclaimer across the entire business. It allows us to maintain appropriate signatures and advertising banners on emails through Exclaimer Cloud and integrating our Office 365 information. It also works on your mobile devices allowing us to present emails professionally no matter what device we are working from.

We have found it great for use within our company because it gives us the flexibility to set rules for different from emails/to emails, and better personalize our advertising banners depending on the from/to emails. Works really well for a mobile workforce and fixes the default "sent from iPhone" footer problem by applying a nice corporate signature to every email.
