We use this heavily and it works well. Our Marketing team take care of the designs and the IT team take care of the deployment to groups.
I was unaware we could add appointment booking and feedback survey links so I will be looking into that. For us, the real benefit has been having a consistent branded email signature company-wide, that can be changed in real time by myself whenever needed. The template is flexible and allows you to redesign at any time

Decent email signature manager with great flexibility
Email templates for the signatures are our primary use case. We have 6 signature variations required at just my business unit, and I'm able to duplicate a template and then modify the rules and design as needed very quickly. And if the parent organization deems a more cohesive design is required, they are able to share that template with each business unit for them to customize as needed while still retaining the primary branding elements.

Exclaimer just makes sense
We have a pair of templates for our organization, one for with our users mobile number and one without. These 2 templates serve all of our employees and moving employees between them is as simple as changing what security group they are tied to within M365. We also tied our ShareFile into our signature links for our employees that send/receive documents from clients and other vendors. With the same signature being applied to all emails, both new and reply/forwards, it gives everyone the warm fuzzy feeling that this is all working as intended.

Ease of use for company wide signature
We've only used exclaimer for different department and time-limit campaigns. None of the other features has really been used as majority requires you to be on the Pro Plan, and we're currently at standard. It is simply just our signature service at the moment, and it works as it should.

A good product for brand image unification and management
Signature customization works well once setup correctly,
it does require some trial and error before it works correctly though.
It allows for the exclusion or inclusion of specific signatures designed for specific addresses.
This can also be managed with time requirements and/or text in the body of the email itself

Exclaimer, gets the job done!
We're utilizing the different templates for different departments though we only have 2 atm, it's a nice thing to have, especially when working with two or more different designs for deployment; as for setting up time and dates or specific replies and forwarding messages, this isn't really being utilized apart from the replying to support threads where we usually have it custom to disable so it won't append the signatures every time we reply to a support ticket that we're working with someone, but overall their customization is very flexible and can cater to different needs.

Quick review of Exclaimer for Microsoft 365
Our marketing team can change every departments signature on the go. With our remote sites it was mady very easy to change everything on the go.
Actually we did not use all the features of the exclaimer cloud suite.<br>But, I can certainly tell you that the template one is very useful.<br>Actually you can prepare a lot of templetes to run in different times, and you can also edit them while they're not published.<br>Great.

Good but not compatible with 365
It taught us a lot about how to design signatures in a way that is viewable from people who use different operating systems. For example, in-built fonts on different devices and which ones are ok to use and which aren't. We also re-designed our template, and saw examples of other templates that inspired us.

Exclaimer - Easy to use and great customer service!
Exclaimer is flexible enough to switch between signatures when it comes to different occasions. So you are able to switch to an English sales signature whenever you want, but if you are in contact with a Chinese company, you can easily select your Chinese signature. This way you can always adjust to the best possible experience with your customers.

Versatile, Easy to Implement and Powerful
We have created templates for different departments depending on their needs to convey specific information to their recipients. From allowing to show new marketing programs to show specific information about the sender in terms of certifications and licensing numbers. We've also been able to convey to our recipients our new presence in social media. As we communicate with others outside of our organization, we've seen growth in terms of followers. Lastly, we've seen an uptick in traffic in our marketing programs as we advertise those within our signatures as well.
I really love those email signature templates; they are flexible and can be customized based on the department, and the email recipients. It is very good. I 100% loved it.

Exclaimer is one of the BEST.
We are using our own templates, but Exclaimer provides a lot of templates instead, which is GREAT. We found it easy to write and arrange the components in the signature design. Plus, the implementation control is the most important.

Exclaimer - The Answer to All Your Signature Woes!
We have individual signatures for the 9 companies in the group and growing. We have signatures for new external emails, reply emails, and also internal emails - all tailored for those recipients. We are now investigating whether the other features, such as feedback and appointment bookings are of use.
