Decent email signature manager with great flexibility
We have not had any security issues or incidents (yet) with Exclaimer providing our email signatures for our organization. There were a few issues when they initially rolled out the new web UI, but once those were resolved, it was fairly seemless. I've never experienced any downtime that I'm aware of.

Exclaimer, gets the job done!
Yes internally, as we really don't have to worry about though. Apart from the security solutions applied by Exclaimer, we also have our in-house security implementations, so it's a plus that Exclaimer is already providing their built-in security solutions, but it's also a good thing to have your own.

Quick review of Exclaimer for Microsoft 365
Thank to the Microsoft Exchange connector that securely sends the e-mails to Exclaimer Cloud I can make sure that no e-mail data will ever get leaked by Exclaimer or Microsoft. I also have comprehensive e-mail delivery reports.

We liked that Exclaimer was secure, we were slightly worried about sharing our screen and emails with customer support without signing NDAs though! We ended up doing a management review to see if it would be appropriate.

Versatile, Easy to Implement and Powerful
As a financial institution we are always very concerned about security. The specific API's and exclusive connectors within Office365 have made using Exclaimer an easy decision for us. Exclaimer's benefits can be used with Office365 without any issues and have passed our multiple rigorous IT audits with no issues. Furthermore, in the past, these connectors have not failed since implementation making this a solid solution.
Yes, the security feature of Exclaimer is great, as this is important to our data.

The added bonus of seeing, and also selecting which signature is applied from the client is a godsend. As of today, we've had no instances of signature failure - and have full faith in the product.
