We are very happy with exclaimer it runs 99.9% of the time without any issues. It also very easy to use and maintain and the design team are happy to use it as its so user friendly. When compared to how much time we used to spend updating banners exclaimer saves us hours. This more than justifies the cost and when it comes to renew we wont be thinking twice about doing so.

We will 100% be renewing our Exclaimer license. Our license model is monthly, and as previously mentioned, we are extremely happy with Exclaimer for the two main priorities, price and functionality. Couple those two with the other nice-to-haves, good support, and ease of use, and it's a no-brainer to keep with Exclaimer.

We are extremely satisfied with overall performance, ease of use, support, affordability, etc. Anytime we have had any questions, the support or sales teams have been very prompt, courteous, and forthcoming in resolving any issues or getting the right information we are looking for to us. This has been a great signature solution for my company. The ability to provide a standard signature across the company has assisted in re-branding the company, and control what is shown from Active Directory. We also use the test function to help troubleshoot any issues that come up and this leads to a quick resolution time for the end users.

I think at this point we will be sticking with this version of Exlaimer for quite some time. We want to move this service to the cloud but the costs involved are quite steep to do. As we grow into more locations we would ideally need the cloud version but we can make do with the on-prem version for now although it is not ideal.

We have been using it for years now and do not see a reason to change. The price is great for what we get and it is simple to use and administer. The only way we would consider changing is if they had a huge price increase and then I would shop around.
